Close to the lake and both beaches in Culburra. Sunsets at the lake are the best! Nice big backyard and outlook. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Separate living and sleeping downstairs is a bonus (we didn't end up using it).

The property was clean and comfortable but needs updating on most appliances table,chairs,dryer It took me by surprise that guests had to pay extra for sheets and towels which l thought was a must have in BandB no heating but did find small fan heat the night before we left !but

Hi Jane, This house is aimed at those on a budget and looking for a retro experience. If you had bothered to read the details you would know this. Most guests do not want linen and towels as this adds over $150 per night. Perhaps you should stay at high end houses which usually costs two or three times more rather than complain about paying for beer and expecting champagne. The air conditioner, tvs, stove, dishwasher, hot water system, coffee machine etc are all less than a year old. Many of my guests are returnees, so perhaps you need to modify your expectations when paying for budget accommodation. You also put all your week of fetid general waste in the recycling bin which the poor cleaner had to empty out and move to the correct bin and you did not empty the dishwasher. But you did leave the house clean.

The location was really fantastic - walking distance from all of the places we went. There was a bit of a mixup with the place being cleaned prior to arrival but the host sorted this swiftly. A really lovely place - very cozy and feels like a friend's holiday home! The host also allowed for a late check-in which was very kind. All in all, a great stay!

This was a great property to stay at, the house catered well to our needs and it was an enjoyable stay. My family really enjoyed it at this property and location and all want to go back! Unique accommodation and great proximity to beach.

Great house, so comfortable and we just loved sitting on the balcony with its view of the sea after a day at the beach (you can walk to both Culburra and Warrain beach). Downstairs there is a separate bedroom, loungeroom and bathroom which was fabulous for my teen. Highly recommended.

We were really happy with accommodation.The location was excellent and close to other family near by.The place had everything you could use for a short stay like ours,but for a larger group and for a longer time.

House was grand. Everything we needed. Close to beach and town. Loved the separate mini-house downstairs-perfect for two families to stay.

Winter get away did not disappoint. Grandparents and parents thoroughly loved the place and little 3 year old boy was beside himself with the beach, roof access and the swing!
