Welcome to our home!

The first floor features an open-concept design, seamlessly integrating the dining area, living room, and kitchen —perfect for entertaining guests. French doors provide direct access to the backyard, enhancing indoor-outdoor living.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the second floor, ensuring privacy.

Private Backyard has a large table for dining, hot tub, long pong, outdoor couch and infrared sauna.

Parking: Guests are welcome to park one vehicle in the driveway. Additionally, ample street parking is available directly in front of the house.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the primary residence, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with its own private backyard for your enjoyment. (This residence is two stories and has stairs) all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second story.

Please note: that there is a separate attached bottom unit with its own private entrance and has its own private backyard.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours and be mindful of noise levels including not running, jumping or loudness in the upstairs bedroom level.

If you are traveling with infants or young children, we are happy to provide high chairs, toys, or other essentials upon request. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable.
Other things to note
Quiet hours:

downstairs at 10pm. outside 9pm. Upstairs 9pm and. If you are in and out of the house often past 10pm, party, or stay up all hours of the night...this isn’t the house for you. There is a secondary unit onsite and we like to make sure to keep the property quiet at night.

No extra guests beyond people approved on your reservation are allowed. If you would like to have visitors please ask the host first.

This is our home so there may be a few personal items in cabinet and locked storage areas. We also have personal items we access in the garage.

Guests may be asked by us to provide identification for adults staying in the home.

Long term stays may be required to sign a lease for the dates of their stay.

We have a pet policy and rules for dogs. Please reach out for those list of rules if traveling with a dog. We do not accept cats due to allergies. Dogs are not allowed to use the fake grass as a restroom.

We don’t allow shoes inside the house.
