Enjoyed our stay catching up with family. We have stayed here previously and find it a very convenient location. Extra supplies left in the kitchen were most appreciated. Will most likely try to stay here again in future. Highly recommended.

We chose Adelaide for our 25 wedding anniversary. Cotton Palm Cottage was a great location for local attractions. When we arrived we were surprised at all the extra goodies that were supplied. Most enjoyable stay. Thanks.

DON'T MISS THIS ONE!

This is a pretty, rather quirky cottage with every facility you can imagine (except wifi, which was a little disappointing). The owner spares no expense in providing food and treats, the kitchen is the best appointed we've stayed in, and the location is extremely good. We'll happily stay there again and again whenever we come to Adelaide.

Quaint cottage in a quiet area. Close to local supermarket. Well equipped modern kitchen. We really appreciated the added breakfast provisions and the lovely bottle of local wine. Overall, a great 4 night stay!

Cute little cottage, tastefully renovated . Very clean , comfortable and private within walking distance to shops. We loved the little food package of wine and chocs and milk in the fridge was a wonderful surprise after a very long drive from NSW. We would definitely come back and stay and would recommend as a great family house to stay in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cotton Palm Cottage. The premises were very clean with complimentary breakfast provisions and a nice bottle of wine. The cottage is nestled in a garden setting and is within walking distance to a supermarket complex.

Your Home Away From Home - Says It All!

Sensational place to stay! I grew up about a kilometre away over the hill - so it was like coming home! You almost don't require a vehicle. Bus stop on main road two minute walk. Shopping centre with anything you might need three minutes walk (across road from bus stop!). All the facilities at this property are top notch. Would thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeds Excellent !!

This property is so comfortable, homely and ideally located that it has to be experienced to be appreciated. It has absolutely everything a traveller needs! We have stayed here on three occasions and will continue to fight for it amongst our own family. Must also mention that the host of this property has on all occasions been most accommodating, hospitable and friendly. Nothing is ever to must to ask, thank you very much for allowing us to stay Sarah :)

We loved our 16 nights in this truly authentic South Australian Cottage. Clean, close to shops and bus stops,comfortable beds. Amazing basket on arrival. I have stayed in many hotels but this beautiful cottage surpasses all other experiences. Lovely garden, very quiet. After a day out, like coming home. We can't wait to come back and stay again. Sarah is amazing and this property is a credit to her. Definitely rate 5*

Cozy, quaint and comfortable!

Quaint, great location! Cozy cottage but plenty of room for a family of 4 adults. We chose it because it was close to family. Nice outdoor seating area to relax. We stayed here for 6 nights in November and it felt like a home away from home. The added touch of start up supplies of breakfast foods, chocolates, wine and more were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
