Very good apt.
This is a very good apt.My wife & I spent one month-- end of Feb.to end of March, 2014. The photos of the site provide an accurate picture of the apt. The apt. was very clean, comfortable, well maintained. All the appliances are quite new & function very well. The apt. was spacious, cozy. It is situated in a quiet, residential, very safe area. Mrs. Cartade was a friendly, helpful, gracious host. She extended her assistance by picking us up at the railway station(she was even able to take us to the railway station when we left). She was quick to respond to our need although this need was very rare. The apt. is less than a 10 minute walk from a large supermarket & only a few minutes more to the older, charming downtown district. This older area has an abundance of nice shops & restaurants. The train station is very easily accessed by walking(about 20 minutes)or by local city bus which stops but a couple of minutes from the apt. The city of Perpignan is tourist friendly. For those without a vehicle Perpignan has a fabulous "1 Euro" bus which can take you to multiple sites outside the city. It is a great way to visit the multitude of interesting sites available within 50 km. of Perpignan. The bus drivers were friendly & helpful.
