Casita Bonita Studio

Ceci est un studio à côté de notre maison dans Bonita équestre qui est une communauté au sud du centre-ville de San Diego. La casita et notre maison sont situées sur 2 1/2 acres d'arbres et d'oiseaux. Il est meublé d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains, d'une kitchenette et de sa propre entrée privée et d'un parking. L'emplacement permet d'accéder facilement au centre-ville de San Diego, à Sea World, à Coronado, aux bases navales, aux plages, à Aquatica, à Mattress Firm Ampitheater et à Tijuana. Les brises de l'océan rafraîchissent la région. Casa Bonita est un excellent port d'attache lors de la visite de San Diego et est également un refuge au milieu de la ville.

Our host Jenny, was very welcoming, and the stay was exactly what we'd hoped for. She was there for any questions, or recommendations, and encouraged us to enjoy the property. She left fresh eggs, from the chickens, tangelos from their tree, and cut us some aloe, in case we got a sunburn. Would definitely recommend, especially if you love dogs. They have three, but we were spent the most time, playing with Kizzy, he was so much fun, and such a good boy

Location, location, location! We couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the warm welcome by the entire family (including the adorable dogs) to the farm-fresh eggs and lemons, Jenny is an incredible host. The refreshing pool and comfortable AC were perfect. We loved her local recommendations so much we ended up visiting almost all of them!

The host was very friendly and welcoming as were her three dogs. If you're allergic, you may wish to mention this to her or just be mindful there are dogs here but they were very sweet pups.We got a tour of the property and she left fresh limes from her orchard and eggs from her chickens. The casita and location were perfect for our needs - we were visiting my Mom who lives in the area. The bed was comfortable and I was able to make my coffee. ;) The space felt like a very large studio apartment with all the bare essentials (and then some).

Our stay in Bonita was truly delightful. The casita was clean and well equipped with plush linens and towels, including all amenities mentioned in the description. What wasnt mentioned were the exceptional touches like plants and handpicked flowers. Fruits from their garden and fresh eggs straight from the the henhouse where also in the fridge for our arrival! We were so pleased to be in a safe and gated home inside 2 acres of serenity with mature landscaping, a lovely pool and the sweetest dogs to welcome us.

Exceptional environment and hospitality services

A hidden gem of tranquility in an urban setting. Jenny and her entire family were very accommodating and welcoming, not to mention generous with access to additional amenities. Worth every penny and perfectly located to my family’s location. Would recommend for a couple or family of 3 comfortably with air mattress they would provide. I will book again if available on my next visit. Thank you to the Sanchez family for an exceptional experience.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience staying at the Casita. Jennifer and family are terrific hosts and made our stay very comfortable. The property is amazing and our toddler loved the dogs, chickens, and pool. I would absolutely recommend this stay.
