Située au bord du lac, cette charmante maison de plage a tout à portée de main. Lancez une ligne depuis la pelouse, tirez votre bateau jusqu'à la petite plage adjacente, plongez dans le lac ou détendez-vous simplement sur la pelouse et lisez un livre. Entouré du parc national, ce petit coin de paradis abrite de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux, des kangourous et des animaux marins. Profitez de la vue sur le lac depuis la cuisine, le salon et toutes les chambres. Préparez une tempête dans la cuisine bien équipée ou allumez le barbecue sur la pelouse en regardant le coucher de soleil sur le lac. Cet endroit est vraiment magique. Seulement 2 km de Conjola Beach et Green Island. La ville historique de Milton est à seulement 10 minutes de route du Lakehouse où vous trouverez de superbes magasins et cafés.

Lake Conjola Lakehouse

Everything about this property is five star. Karen and Rod very easy to communicate with and the location is the best in the area, so peaceful and relaxing. We truly felt rejuvenated when we left at the end of our stay.

Perfect first Christmas in Australia!

This was the best possible spot to celebrate our first hot Christmas in Australia. The setting right by the lake is unbelievable, and it was so touching that Karen kindly left an amazing selection of festive treats and decorations for us. The paddle boards were an added bonus too. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation and host more highly - thank you!

School holidays trip

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Lakehouse at Conjola over the school holidays where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View is impeccable, the house is very clean and everything functions very well. My kids particularly enjoyed fishing off the backyard where there’s plenty of whiting and mullet to catch. They fed the birds, ducks and kangaroos as well. Definitely will be coming back

Perfect weekend escape destination

A rare time for our family to spend time together, and the Lakehouse was the perfect venue for our autumn retreat. Open the blinds to that serene lake view on arrival-we were hooked and immediately relaxed. Comfortable beds with good quality winter linen, well appointed kitchen,so our man of the house 'chef' was happy !! Our hostess Karen provided clear communication and assisted with restaurant choices before arrival. We headed to Cupitt's Winery- a must go at Ulladulla. Toddler Arabella loved feeding the ducks and parrots ( perhaps not on her head haha) Highly recommended.

Exceptional

The most disappointing thing about the Lakehouse at Conjola was that we had to leave! The house exceeded our expectations, was beautifully presented and thoroughly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view, the birds, possums and kangaroos; just amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Karen was lovely to deal with and we are already planning our return visit. 11/10

This is a beautiful home right by the lake. It is beautifully presented and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and the view is gorgeous. It was the perfect place to stay with our family.

Beautiful lakehouse get away

Karen's house is immaculate and just so beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the location was just perfect. We got to paddle board down the lake right outside the property and Karen was so helpful with suggestions on other activities to do in the area. An absolutely delightful weekend all round.

Precious memories from Lake Conjola

Superb property immediately on Lake Conjola: for swimming, boating, fishing for ages 6 & 9 year old, 36 year old and 78 year old. Inside House: Exceptionally comfortable: spotlessly clean with all amenities and necessary basic kitchen equipment; welcoming décor; convenient layout for sitting room, dining area and kitchen from which we could appreciate outside area of lake frontage, birds, splashing fish, visiting kangaroos and friendly waving to passers-by on the lake. TV worked with no trouble. Paddle board provided, used for adventure to island across the lake for pumping nippers. We were given the loan of kayaks from neighbours which was a real highlight for 7 and 9 year old grandchildren. 77 year old grandpa found this place idylic, with good beds and comfortable chairs for reading. Location: Being Lake frontage is absolutely stupendously valuable in any weather; & well-stocked shop including alcohol within approx’ly 100 metres. Hazards urgently needing attention (1) Strong Railings for front and back entries to house. (2) Steps nearest lake are steep. (3) Railings in bathroom, especially in shower and by would be most useful for safety.

Fantastic View and House

Definitely one to go back to. The property was well maintained and cleaned. Karen was pleasant and easy to deal with. the backyard waterfront was our highlight as we could leave our boat in and have a sunset BBQ outside. Thanks for sharing your wonderful house.

Gorgeous House in Tranquil Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at the Lakehouse. The house is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. It is also spotlessly clean. We loved being right on the Lake and watching kangaroos and native birds visiting the backyard everyday. A perfect place to enjoy a Summer break!

Wonderful lakefront family getaway

What a wonderful Lakehouse, right on the waterfront. A perfectly peaceful location with wildlife and a lovely lake right at the back doorstep. The Lakehouse is one of the best equipped holiday houses we have stayed at. My kids loved all the colourful birds that would greet us at the back door and feed from their hands. We caught some delicious fresh fish from the lake, right at the back door as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was immaculately clean and smelt delightful on arrival. We will definitely be back.

Perfect house with everything you want and need!

It was sheer bliss staying at the Lakehouse! Everything we needed was provided and couldn’t have asked for a nicer and hospitable host. Karen is thoughtful and a delight to communicate with, her home is beautifully presented and worth every cent. We have stayed at many holiday homes in the past, but this one is by far the best and we won’t forget it. Location is perfect for outdoor activities, yes even in winter , a beautiful lake right at your doorstep for paddle boarding and fishing which our family loves to do. The fireplace is a magical touch for the cold nights playing board games. Ideal for our family, we can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making our winter’s break so memorable. 5 stars 🥰

Relax and unwind

It was our 34th wedding anniversary, we had just sold our beautiful home and downsized. In short, we needed a magical break. Karen and Rodney’s place did not disappoint. We have just enjoyed a truly magical weekend enjoying the lake, time with good friends and celebrating a life full of love. This has to be one of the top stays we have ever stumbled across. We felt at home from the minute we walked-in. Karen has created a little slice of heaven on the lake: very tasteful in all its features. And she's thought of everything. We didn't need to bother her at all during our stay. I can't rate it high enough. I just hope no-one reads this so it doesn't get too popular! We're already planning our next stay...

What an amazing holiday!

This newly renovated house is just superb. The photos are more than accurate. The kitchen is well sourced. The decor and furniture is beautiful. The house is well laid out. Massive backyard with breathtaking views of the lake and bush. Awesome fishing with deep water right out front, even out of season. Lots of wildlife including octopus, stingrays, fish, kangaroos and birds. Just a superb spot and we can't wait to return.

Superbly appointed

What a spot!! Right on the water, with spectacular views of the water from almost everywhere in the house. The Lakehouse was perfect for our family of 6 (four kids aged 7 to 13). We all LOVED the supplied stand-up paddles, feeding the rainbow lorikeets, fishing from the backyard, lazing in the hammock, and eating meals by the water. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we've ever experienced! Communication with the owners was quick and responsive.

Picture perfect setting overlooking the lake with every comfort in mind

A cozy, homey place with a glorious view of the lake! The house is in impeccable condition with so much comfort and attention to detail. It’s got literally everything you need and more. It’s a perfect place to relax and let all your cares drift away. There’s also so much to do, from kayaking, paddling boards, feeding the birds, going out for strolls, to watching movies, having bbq’s and taking a hot bath, but one of the best things to do is to do nothing at all. You will want to spend some time lounging in the sumptuous room with the sweeping view, after all. We have traveled a lot and stayed in some of the best properties but this one had our hearts... Thank you Karen and Duncan for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to be back!

Amazing property and location

What a relaxing time in such a quiet location. We spent four days just relaxing, looking out at the beautiful view, using the paddle boards and feeding the birds. Such a wonderful weekend, the house is stunning and Karen is so easy to deal with! Will be back!

Much needed getaway in a perfect location

The well equipped and beautifully positioned home was perfect for our small getaway. The recent renovation really assists in creating a relaxing and almost resort-like ambiance. You can tell upon your first walkthrough of the house that the owners have thought about all the small details and in conjunction with Karen’s amazing communication the experience with both the home and it’s owners will be unforgettable. The setting is fantastic, location is great and the home is probably the best on the street. Being so close to nature but also remaining as comfortable as possible is what makes this house a stand out. My partner and I look forward to going back!

We fell in love with Lake Conjola after renting the house next door for many years. We bought the house in 2008 and love to share our little piece of paradise with our guests so that they too can make memories with friends and family.

Our property is truly unique, offering all the comforts of home with thoughtful touches scattered throughout the house. The Lakehouse at Conjola features a fabulous cook’s kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are outfitted with luxury bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Guests can park their boat or jet ski right out the front of the house or throw a fishing line in from the front yard. There’s a constant array of diverse wildlife to observe whilst relaxing at the house.
