Le célèbre chef Rick Stein Bannisters et le bar de la piscine à 1 km ou une promenade plus proche du Bannisters Pavillion Bistro ou de l'exquis Tallwoods Restaurant, du centre commercial Mollymook, du Bowling Club ou dans l'autre sens, promenez-vous le long de la plage à pied / piste cyclable vers de superbes cafés de plage, restaurants, Mollymook club de golf en bord de mer et le nouveau terrain de jeu gratuit pour les enfants, l'équipement de gymnastique pour adultes et le terrain de basket-ball.

A la climatisation à cycle inversé, Wifi, Netflix, DVD et un barbecue. La véranda et l'appartement ont une vue magnifique sur l'océan et l'accès à la plage. A un lit queen-size de luxe face à l'océan, plus un 2ème lit fournit soit 2 lits simples king OU se joint à un lit King. L'unité a un salon avec vue sur l'océan, air conditionné, chaise longue en cuir, grande télévision à écran plat, DVD, nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain moderne avec douche. Draps fournis et serviettes. Parking dans la rue, proche, bien visible mais dont l'accès n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. A une grande véranda donnant sur la plage. Barbecue pour profiter de l'observation des vagues, des transats, de la pêche sur la plage, du magnifique Mollymook Golf Club à distance de marche ou d'un bus de courtoisie, à pied des cafés et des restaurants, les parcours de golf à proximité comprennent 9 trous ou 18. Est à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de loisirs couvert Ulladulla pour la salle de sport, spa, piscines intérieures chauffées ou extérieures, piscine maritime Ulladulla Harbour, cinéma, bowling à dix quilles, sentiers de randonnée, escalade Pigeon House Mountain, marchés et canton de Milton valent toujours une promenade. C'est une destination idéale pour des excursions d'une journée au parc national de Jarvis Bay, à Mogo Goldfields, aux zoos, aux villes et villages balnéaires.

Great little place

We loved this property. Great location across the road from the beach. The property had everything to make it a cost stay including lovely bed linen and Foxtel.

We had a family get together near by and so location wss great for 3 x members of our family. Also my husbands favorite chef, Rick Steins restuarant, very close.Mollymooj beach looks a treat from, the accomodation and fun morning surfs and walks.I loved the queen bed, very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay, it is in a beautiful location, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed! Great value for money, only thing I would have liked was access to a washing machine but other than that, I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Respite

Wonderful location! Felt welcome from the time I booked. The decor was fitting to location and was well thought out with the guests in mind - from disposable shower caps to a small sewing kit for those unexpected emergencies. Definitely worth another visit!!!

Enjoyable Stay. Amazing view.

Beach house was fantastic. Amazing view of beach and surfers from front balcony. Also enjoyed utilizing BBQ out front with a view. Best surf spot on entire beach is directly opposite house. Could see dolphins whilst enjoying a bottle of wine from front balcony. Can't wait for upcoming refurbishments. Will definitely be coming back again.

So glad you enjoyed. Refurbishment planned is to modernise the gardens to suit our new building. In doing this we’ll add an additional deck, new steps and parking spot.

fantastic views

The apartment was adequate for 4 people. The view from the front patio was excellent. We were delighted to see dolphins and it's a great place to just relax and watch the world go by. Small criticism, the bathroom had a damp smell and the towels were unable to dry. The shower leaked water on the floors leaving the bathmats soaked. We had an enjoyable stay at Wavewatch.

The view from front veranda would be so much better if you trim the front hedge that obstructs view

The garbage bin should nor be shared on the balcony due to smell and flys. The mattress needs replacing F/b and the laundry should be open not requested. Tap was frustrating in bathroom, to big for shallow bowl so it sprays over onto you.. outward presentation good, but the little things count...the view is now degraded by the bush, needs cutting. Still, good position for beach.

None of your points have been mentioned before, but we take each into account. The poor bush is getting the chop to perfect the view, was always a view/privacy balance. Can’t agree with your mattress comment as everyone says that the bed is superb! Adjust how far to turn on the tap, bet it didn't spray you a second time... Didn’t like sharing a bin. Lid is on tight, we are too close to the ocean for flies generally! The laundry is free but even some one as kind as yourself, probably wouldn’t make their laundry available to the surfing public either. This keeps it presentable for our valued guests.Just takes a doorbell ring, or text for the code.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and most aspects of the accommodation met my expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and generally well-maintained, and communication with the host was okay.However, there was one issue that affected my experience. The quilt cover provided had an unpleasant smell, which suggested it may not have been dried properly or might have been old. This made it uncomfortable to use. I raised this concern with the owner and requested a replacement, but unfortunately, it was not addressed during my stay.Aside from this issue, everything else was good. Improving attention to cleanliness and responding more promptly to guest concerns would make the experience much better.

Works For Us!

Our third time staying here and it just seems to work very well for us - familiar setup and instant relaxation mode. Great location opposite the beach. Kate and Jeff are responsive hosts and always good at fixing minor issues. Love walking to the end of Narrawallee via the beach for a coffee at Jane and Cane. Lots of good drives and walks and places to see nearby in the region. And handily, Mollymook / Milton seems to punch above its weight in terms of restaurants - Small Town, Gwylo, Harvest, The Altar Bar and of course the Bannister Twins with Rick Stein "up the hill" and Roof Top Bar and Grill if you are "downtown". Small Town was definitely a highlight this trip, do not miss it (but need to book well in advance)! Traffic on Mitchell Parade has definitely increased over the last few years and does get busy/noisy at times - hasn't bothered us enough to become an issue so far as the sound of the surf largely drowns it out, but others with a different perspective may disagree and who am I to argue?

2nd Time, Still Great!

This property suits us very well, suspect we'll be back yet again in the future. Easy walk to both ends of Mollymook, well set up and great views of the ocean. This time the weather gods didn't smile on us, but there's so much to do in the surrounding area it really didn't spoil the break that much. Excellent communication with Karen & Jeff, who are very responsive and friendly. Recommend highly!

Ambiance of the ocean

Wonderful 2 night stay...neat and tidy 2 bedroom apartment with amazing view of the ocean to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon wine. Enjoyed a long walk along beach and around headland...loved tbere was a coffee van 200 metres down road and a short taxi ride to Ulladulla and to Cupitts Vineyard where would definately recommend for lunch or dinner. Mollymook a sleepy oasis worth visiting.

Great getaway spot

The front porch overlooking the beach was fantastic! There's a coffee van 2mins walk away on the beach so it was perfect to come back, sit and just watch the waves. The house was clean and just what we were after! Great local takeaway nearby and the whole town just has a great vibe. Highly recommend!

The ocean fronting queen bed was made up along with a single in the second bedroom-“ for two adults”. We can do different combos , you just need to tell me.

Karen & Jeff's property is a great place to spend a few days. It's a beautiful little apartment with everything provided. Directly opposite the beach. We would definitely recommend a stay here
