We really enjoyed our stay here, location was very convenient for us. Walking distance to Mexican markets and Chedruie. Bucerias is only about a 15/20 minute walk. Thanks to Norberto who was a great host. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Norberto is a true super host! Not only did he pick us up inBucerious, he drove us to the airport at 5AM!!!!! We will stay here from now on, everything was perfect.

Bucerias vacation

Our vacation at Norberto's place was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The pool was great. Our host Norberto, was a wonderful man. Always friendly and available. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Like most of suburban Mexico, the neighborhood seems sketchy, but it is being reinvigorated, and this property is evidence! Behind the gates, you are in a well appointed paradise. Safe, secure and beautifully appointed. Our first time here, we met several repeat long term guests. I highly recommend staying here if you are up for a taste of living in a real Mexico neighborhood, in the best accommodations I've stayed in for a long time!

Great Condo Bucercias

This 1 bedroom 1 bath new condo was fantastic. The owner / property manager Norberto was a great host. Any issues we had was dealt with immediately. We enjoyed staying away from the busyness of ocean side Bucercias. The neighborhood was friendly, safe and very interesting. We had a basically private, heated pool and an outdoor patio. The condo had everything we needed for our one week stay; we highly recommended it.

A true hidden gem

From the moment I booked, I was in great hands at Norberto's place. He was quick to answer my questions, patient with my inadvertent delay in arrival, and ensured that everything was accurate (as described) for my stay. He was flexible and helpful, and as a solo traveler, I felt safe at his place and in the neighborhood. I LOVE to walk, and this was a nice spot from which to be based. About a :15 walk to the beach and about a :25 to the 'center of town', the location could not have been better. Highly recommend!

Amazing host and wonderful accommodations The condo and property was very quiet, safe and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was heated and was very refreshing. The patio areas were wonderful and relaxing. We have stayed at many condos in Mexico over the years but have never had a host as wonderful as Norberto. Norberto was so helpful and always responded to my questions quickly. He is someone you can trust and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Overall, this a little gem in Bucerías!

The pictures for this property are very up to date. The outdoor seating areas are nice and shaded. The cooling pool is refreshing. The indoor unit was lovely and had ALL the needed amenities. It is clean, attractive, relaxing and comfortable. The owner, Norberto, is wonderful and very helpful. He was great helping me get my electronic boarding passes for our return flight. It is a little distance to the beach, and a little more to Centro, however not bad at all if you are not afraid of a little walking. The large grocery/dept. store is fairly close by Overall, a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent Host

First of all, I was impressed with the man who hosted this property, Norberto. He was kind and helped me to get started with exchanging my American dollars for pesos. Don't assume that exchanging money will be easy once you arrive. Uber accepts your credit card and most of the restaurants do too. However, next time I will obtain my cash in the United States and be prepared. I was eight blocks from a couple of good restaurants. You can call a taxi and there is a taxi stand 12 blocks away at an all-inclusive resort. I wanted the Mexican experience and avoided the resort restaurants on the beach. The beach was pristine, but it was a hike to get there in 87-degree weather with heavy humidity. I felt safe as a single female, and I got lots of exercise. There is a pool downstairs, small but adequate and very refreshing. I came home to the states very relaxed. If I returned, I would stay at Norberto's well stocked condominium because of his friendliness and excellent service..

Five Star

We can’t say enough about our stay at Norberto’s apartment! First, Norberto went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind and helpful. He even helped me practice my Spanish! Second, the apartment was exactly like the photos and descriptions. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such a high level of cleanliness! The bed was super comfortable. Third, Norberto provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. He even had bikes available if we wanted to use them. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. Fourth, the courtyard outdoor space was beautiful! The pool was amazing! It was a fair walk to the beach, but we didn’t mind the exercise. The area is very safe for walking. There is a grocery store, Chedraui, kind of like Walmart, within walking distance. Taxi and bus service is easy. We absolutely loved our stay here! We are already planning for next year! Mucho gracias Norberto!

This property was perfect for us, not as touristy as some of the places we have stayed which we really appreciated. Norberto made everything incredibly easy for us and was very accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
