Grand mobile home récemment rénové avec plan d'étage ouvert. Décoré avec goût avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Beaucoup de place pour la famille. Grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. Cour arrière clôturée.

La maison est dans un parc de maisons mobiles près du boulevard Semoran (SR436) Près de l'aéroport. La maison est divisée en 2 unités, les deux ont des entrées séparées. Cette unité est 2 lits / 1 salle de bain, Si vous avez besoin de place pour des invités supplémentaires, l'unité séparée peut également être disponible.

Julie was very responsive to our wants and needs. A little close to the airport, so use ‘white noise’ or ear plugs if you are sensitive. Kitchen was basic, but did the trick for easy heat up food. I’d stay there again. Good value for the price

The home is very clean with all the supplies needed for our week stay. The couch is very comfortable! They provided plenty of blankets for the beds (during the cold spell). The only negatives, for us, were the planes flying over close, at night, and ants around the kitchen sink. The host provided bug spray so that was good. Overall we felt safe in the area and it was convenient to everything we needed.

Not quite sure why a 3 star review when there were no issues during the stay. There is also a patio outside with pergola, table and two chairs so I’m not sure why you stated there was no where to sit. You also arrived right after a severe freeze in Florida which killed plants everywhere including our property.

Place with everything it promised, and then some it was clean and well stocked neighborhood was quiet with stores close by.

2 month stay

We stayed here for 9 weeks. The place is very clean, with up to date appliances. Our dog loved the enclosed yard. If we had a problem, one call to Julie & it was dealt with right away. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

We weren't at the house for long because of enjoying the local theme parks that were close. But after a long day the house is cozy and the beds were comfortable!

Home away from Home

There was so much room and everything was very clean. This is our second time at this location and we loved it just as much as the first time. The yard was great for our dogs to run around. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe and relaxed the whole trip. The kitchen has a lot of counter space that helped us make a delicious meals. The location is great to be near Orlando without being in the thick of all the traffic. Only complaint is the old grill in the backyard is unusable due to rust, dirt, and a mouse was living in it. All in all, perfect for a couple of dog show people.

Bad Neighborhood

The pictures listed on the VRBO website were fairly accurate. What they didn’t show was the filthy floor (our feet and socks were black within the first 30 minutes), the dirty washing machine, the poorly functional dishwasher, and the nasty weedy back yard. The patio doors did not lock… so they laid a piece of plastic conduit in the track for “security “!!! After a call to Julie the yard was mowed the next day. This unit has only the very basics…nothing more! I only found 7 hangers on our arrival. I ended up mopping the floor 4 times during our stay. The neighborhood is not pleasant… drug activity out in the open, loud racing of 4 wheelers down our street at all hours, an abandoned house behind us filled with cats, so if the wind is blowing in the right direction you get that smell of an overflowing litter box. Some of these rough neighbors tossed fire crackers at as while we were walking our dog. The listing states it is close to the airport! That is correct! So close that the runways line up with the house and the constant drone of aircraft fills the day. They come over the house so close you can count the tires on the plane!!! So if you want peace and quiet and a sense of security, this is NOT the place to be. I would never consider taking children here. We were so fed up we left one week early on our 4 week stay. I am truly surprised they are in the VRBO network!

First I will address your safety accusation. The back slider lock works fine. The bar is just an additional safety measure. The day you said you had an issue with the dishwasher I immediately contacted maintenance to have it repaired. The home has a fully stocked kitchen and basic furnishings. Your requests for things such as a third lamp in the living room and additional outdoor chairs besides the two provided seem petty. No we do not provide multiple little scatter rugs throughout the house. The rugs trap dog hair and require an extra hour of housekeeping to wash and dry rugs and that unnecessary cost would have to be passed on to guests. Our home has shiny white tile floors. It is vacuumed, swiffered AND mopped between each guest. Having your dog go from outside to inside on white shiny floor will require you to mop it multiple times within your 3 week stay so I’m not sure why you complained about that. We are close to the airport in a working class family neighborhood. $85.00 per night for a large home in Central Florida is a great value.

Just what we needed

Perfect set up and just what we needed. We came down to Florida to do the amusement parks and needed a place that would take care 2 dogs. This did the job fine . With a fenced in back yard they could be let out without being totally watched over and we were able to leave them in the unit while we enjoyed the parks during the day!

Dogs were happy

I spent 2 days cleaning dog poop, broken glass and rusty saw blades from the fenced back yard which was accessible from the patio doors. The floors need a good scrubbing and sink drains needed cleaning otherwise the place was very clean.

Very courteous and Dog friendly

It’s was excellent and suited to our needs. Host was very good with communication. It was so nice to find a pet friendly rental with a fenced yard. They even had spare dog bowls. We will definitely be booking through the app for future visits. The only issue is we experienced was with searching On the app it’s self. It would be nice to have filters for pet friendly and/or fenced yard.
