Great location for a very fair price

You’ve stayed at this condominium complex multiple times in different vacation rental units and especially appreciated this particular ground-floor unit for its convenience—no need to carry bags upstairs. The unit is clean and well-maintained, and its prime location near Old Town La Quinta makes it easy to access food and drinks. The owner is friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay in this condo. The owner was very quick in answering questions. The unit has everything you need and the location is great for wonderful restaurants. Would stay here again. We could not get the wifi to work on my tablet because the device wanted the IP address. But my phone worked fine.

Quick trip

Very clean and quiet; had everything you could need (except hair shampoo, but that's OK!) and phenomenal pricing compared to any hotel that wouldn't have half the amenities. Owner was very quick to communicate and very helpful...I did struggle with how to set the thermostat but got it to work just fine.

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that might be updated would be taller toilet for us older folk and more comfortable patio furniture. We spent every morning on the front patio with our coffee and small breakfast. Needs to comfortable chairs and a larger table. Otherwise we would surely rent this unit again. Host was very accommodating. Would rent this condo again.

Great vacation condo.

Everything was excellent except for the lack of where to hang clothes. The rack outside the door to I assume the closet was too high even when my husband put a stool he found so I took the vacuum cleaner out of the cupboard by the front door to hang my clothes. The armoire in the bedroom with the tv inside was not used.

Hi John, I apologize for the lack of hanging space at the time. There was construction in the closet and noted in the description that it would not be available, but a hanging rack on the closet door was provided, as well as that front coat closet with the vacuum. Easy to overlook in the description I’m sure. The closet is now open and is a full walk in with comfortable hanging height.

Everything we’d hoped for

Jennifer’s home was as described and perfect for our week stay in La Quinta for business. We were able to take advantage of the pool and several of the many restaurants within walking distance.
