Guy & Julie have a very special property. Absolute beachfront plus secure, sheltered & relaxing back yard.Birds are in abundance. It’s a magical playground for them & amazing to watch from every room, particularly relaxing in the master & from the comfy couch.Host comms are superb!My favourite is the privilege of watching both sunrise & sunset over the water! Amazing!

The property is always well equipped and immaculate. We've stayed here several times and intend on returning again in the near future. The host Guy is such a friendly person and always responds promptly if you need to communicate anything to him.This beachfront property is everything you can imagine and more.

This house had everything we wanted for a winter getaway, the beds were super comfy and warm and the days were long and relaxing. The supply of games was much appreciated too and a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the great movie selection and the ability to access our own streaming services, although we didn't spend much time on the lounge - we were out and about with much to see and do, including the Stansbury markets, Edithburgh museum, checking out water tower/tank murals and the brewery and the Red Devil in Minlaton. This place is so close to so many tourist sites!We brought our own firewood and made use of the chiminea. The beach is only a short stroll away, making the location perfect for a relaxing getaway.The uninterrupted views from the bedrooms and living area were beautiful, and the wide variety of birdlife kept us entertained throughout our stay.The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic relaxing getaway with awesome views and a beautiful home. Really grateful to be able to have our gorgrous Ziggi the Yorkie join us and he had heap of safe backyard space. We enjoyed soaking up the afternoon sunshine on the relaxing chairs with our cuppas!!!

The location so close to the beach was incredible. Lots to see and do close by. The kitchen is well equipped for a large family. Lots of space and great communication with the owners.
