Cette maison de ville joliment aménagée est située dans une rue calme à 200 mètres de la plage de Clarkes et est parfaite pour vos prochaines vacances à Byron Bay. Située dans un complexe de vacances populaire, cette maison de ville spacieuse et ensoleillée de trois chambres comprend:

Les trois chambres et la salle de bain principale sont situées à l'étage. La chambre principale dispose d'un lecteur TV / DVD et d'une terrasse orientée nord avec des chaises longues, idéale pour profiter du soleil. La salle de bain comprend une baignoire, une douche et une salle d'eau séparée. Il y a un lit superposé dans la chambre 3 avec accès au balcon supérieur.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine moderne, une salle à manger, un salon, un grand patio, une deuxième salle d’eau et une buanderie interne. Les appareils modernes comprennent un téléviseur 50 ", un lecteur DVD Blue Ray, un haut-parleur stéréo bluetooth, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge, un sèche-linge et un barbecue à gaz Weber extérieur.

La maison de ville est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en famille. Nous fournissons des jouets pour la plage et la piscine, du boogie board, des raquettes de tennis, un lit portable, un landau, une chaise haute et une barrière de sécurité.

Great place and location

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and town. The half tennis court and pool was great for our two teenagers. Highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great property for families

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5, with three young children. The location is great. House is spacious and air con works great. My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes.

Our home away from home

Our stay in this property was a delight. Incedibly well, presented and appointed. A very comfortavle apartment for 6 of us (which is often difficult to achieve!) It was a wonderful location and the management of the property was polite, respectful and organised. We would definitely stay again on our next trip. Thank you

Great location, roomy with everything we needed.

We had a fantastic week. It was a easy stroll to the shops and so close to the beach. The staff at Ray White were absolutely fantastic and helpful.

We are a family of five and stayed here for 6 nights. It was a great location. Easy walking distance to town and the beach. Two great coffee spots at either end of the street. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, secure parking. Would definitely stay here again. Owner and agent very good to deal with.

Great location near to Clarks beach

We loved our 4 week stay at 10 Calinda Sol. The house was perfectly located for us and was booked specifically due to the location as our daughters wedding was on Clarks beach and then the Beach Wedding venue. The roomy house was well equipped and comfortable. Getting a little bit tired and would benefit massively with a little upgrading and maybe installation of air con and auto garage doors. The furniture, both in the house and out on the deck were very good and comfortable. The facilities of the property e.g. the pool and short tennis court were both excellent and the grounds are maintained to a high standard. The provision of beach and pool toys and tennis racquets, boogie boards etc were very well used and appreciated.

Great position

We stayed here for 6 nights and found the property well equipped and maintained. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach and also town. Upstairs rooms and bathroom were quite spacious for our family of 5. The half tennis court was an added bonus and attraction. Would recommend.

Perfect place for a family holiday!

We stayed at Calinda Sol unit 10 a few weeks ago with our 2 children and our brother & sister in law. It was just the perfect location for a Byron holiday - close to Clarkes Beach and the fabulous Byron Beach Cafe (great service, awesome coffee) and only a 10 minute walk / scooter ride into town along a flat path. The complex itself was excellent: well maintained and quiet. The kids were in the pool every day and we made great use of the half tennis court. The townhouse was really well equipped, clean and the perfect amount of space for us all. The kitchen and bathroom are a little old and tired, but they were clean and functional. Bec was really great to deal with, very responsive and friendly, and our bond was promptly returned. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Calinda Sol. We are a family of five with three teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location to the beach and an easy walk into town. Really reasonable price for such a great spot. Bec was really good and bond was refunded day after we got home. Have nothing bad to say about Calinda Sol.

Great holiday unit. Very happy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the off season and it was great value for money. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and enjoyed the walk from town along the beach to the unit. The place was clean and well looked after. It was decked out with tennis rackets and boogie boards which the kids gave a work out. The landlord has been great. No issues with getting deposit back. Always quick to respond. Great place. Highly recommend.
