INCROYABLE! Tout neuf, magnifique vue sur le lac - Laissez-vous séduire!

Vous serez émerveillé par "Southern Comfort" en ouvrant la porte d'entrée et en voyant un mur de fenêtres encadrant une vue magnifique sur le lac! Ceci est une maison neuve avec plan d'étage ouvert. Planchers de bois franc, salles de bain en carrelage, cuisine gastronomique, terrasse à plusieurs niveaux, 5 chambres avec salles de bain séparées et nouvelles télévisions. Cette maison est parfaitement située. Près du lac, quelques miles de la bande 76 avec des spectacles et des boutiques, Silver Dollar City, Marina Park, ou Moonshine Beach. Endroit parfait pour une promenade matinale. Agréable!

L'espace
Oh maman! Je pense que vous allez adorer ce petit coin de paradis à cause des vues incroyables, de son emplacement et du nouveau design de Spankin.

Les vues vous ralentissent pour regarder le coucher du soleil ou les gens qui jouent dans le lac. c'est vraiment un must à faire tous les jours!

Et ah oui, si vous vous sentez social, Silver Dollar City, le strip et l'atterrissage sont à environ 5 minutes! Si vous êtes prêt à enfoncer vos orteils dans le lac, vous pouvez dévaler un sentier menant au lac ... ouais marcher jusqu'au lac! Vous pouvez également visiter Moonshine Beach qui se trouve juste en haut de la route ou garer / louer un bateau à Tablerock State Park à environ 3 miles sur la route.

Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain avec carrelage élégant. Profitez de nouveaux lits, meubles, accessoires, garage pour 2 voitures, de 2 terrasses, de la cuisine du chef, d'un bain à remous et d'un grand espace de vie ouvert pour le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine! Il ya aussi un sous-sol fini avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, une salle familiale et une salle de théâtre avec une télévision monstre de 65 pouces ...

Piscine privée! La piscine est incroyable - piscine pour enfants, ruisseaux, cascades et un bord à l'infini! Oh, et des vues incroyables! Veuillez noter que la piscine est saisonnière et qu'elle est généralement ouverte du Memorial Day au Labor Day.

Perfect house for a family get away. We enjoyed breakfast & evening meals together in the dining room and the patio. Close enough to downtown Branson to visit and go to shows, yet easy to get out on the roads for motorcycle riding. Plenty of room for everyone and tastefully decorated.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was awesome, the view was beautiful, and the response to issues was almost immediate. There are so many wonderful things to do in Branson. It made a really fun trip for the grandkids.

Branson Fun

We had a total of 11 during out stay here with three separate families and kids ranging from age 4-15. The 5 bedrooms with the additional bunk beds worked out great. We love the open kitchen and dining area and the kids spent a lot of time in the private pool!

Awesome home. Stocked with unexpected things! We hardly left the house it was so great! Accommodated 14 easily with space for everyone to gather. Pool was so great!

Very nice, well equipped home. The extra refrigerator in the garage was very helpful as we had a large family group with kids and grandkids. We had a minor problem with the electronic door lock, called the host and they resolved it immediately, very impressed with the quick response.

House was beautiful and we had lots of room to spread out with our group. Beautiful view of the lake. Everything was as expected and promised. What few questions we had were answered quickly. Community pool was clean and not crowded. Would come back here again.

This was an excellent property. The soap to bathe with ran out for our 5 day stay. I would suggest body wash that you can refill. The only other problem we had was with a door alarm nobody had the code for and the lack of sealable food storage containers. We loved the space for the kids downstairs and the pool toys were great. Beautiful sunsets and we could even see SDC fireworks and drone show. The ice cream truck was the cat's meow!!!!

Beautiful Home Above the Lake!

This house had it all: amazing views perfect for watching sunsets, modern updates with beautiful decor, and plenty of space for our large party. This was one of two houses with access to the "neighborhood" pool thus far (houses in development), but we had it to ourselves during our stay. I loved how it was more than your average rectangular pool. The location was convenient but still felt like a getaway. We loved it!

Very clean, great view, helpful owners.

This house is beautiful and the views are amazing! The home is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is nicely appointed, however, not properly stocked for full cooking (no can opener, measuring spoons/cups, storage bags etc.). We did have some internet/tv issues, to which the owners were very quick to resolve. Easy access to all Branson attractions. Overall it was a great experience!

Staff Retreat

We held a two day staff retreat at the property worked out great to plan 2020. We cooked all meals in home, everything we needed was available. We didn’t have a dishwasher but we had plenty of helpers so we washed and put away. The cleaning service told us they had it worked on prior to us arriving so was still not working, but those things happen. We had plenty of room for 8 employees to have space and still large gathering spaces for planning. The open space and well appointed rooms would be great for a family rathering. Gorgoues views at sunset!

Beautiful home with an amazing view

The house was beautifully decorated and well laid out with plenty of room. However the bathrooms need some work. There were no shelves in the showers to put soap, shampoo, etc on. Had to put it on the shower floor.🤢 The showers needed a good scrubbing. No hand rail in the shower to hold on to . Needs a curtain or blinds on the front door and kitchen window. Front door was hard to close. The sheets were stained on two of the beds. We took them off and washed them before sleeping on them. Tripped over the rug on the main floor because the corner of the rug was curled up. Had a beautiful view of the lake and neighborhood was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.
