Venez naviguer loin avec moi! Les plaisanciers avides se sentiront comme à la maison dans ce condo spacieux et aéré de deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Les voiliers et les engins nautiques abondent partout; vous aurez l'impression d'être sur le pont, sans avoir peur du mal de mer! La chambre principale est entièrement équipée d'un luxueux lit king-size, d'une télévision personnelle et d'une salle de bains principale attenante dotée d'une longue coiffeuse double. La deuxième chambre est parfaite pour vos membres d'équipage plus petits, chacun avec son propre lit jumeau, et situé à quelques pas de la deuxième salle de bain complète. Une cuisine pourrait être acceptable sur un vrai voilier, mais dans une copropriété de cette taille, seule une cuisine complète suffira, remplie de tous vos besoins culinaires! À la fin de la journée, détendez-vous dans le salon confortable ou installez-vous sur le porche enveloppant, en écoutant les vagues et en rêvant de votre prochaine aventure dans l'océan!
Beachside Colony est situé sur la plage, au milieu de Tybee Island, un endroit qui le place à un mile de la jetée, le centre de la vie nocturne de l'île, et un mile de la station de Tybee Light, l'un des 7 coloniaux phares encore en usage en Amérique. Host was excellent in communicating with us prior to our arrival. The property was slightly confusing with all the gates and passcodes. There were a lot and hard to remember so we had to carry the paper with us so we didn’t get locked out . It definitely is a safe place to stay. The condo itself could use some updating, but for a short beach vacation was just fine. The poolArea is new and excellent, as well as the restaurant and bar. We loved the walkway to the beach and the beach was nice and clean, the tide was way down during the day and you could walk forever out into the ocean. So fun!

The property is spacious and very clean. Check in process is a breeze. The location could not be better. We absolutely enjoyed the heated pool, the beach and the convenience of the Deck beach bar and restaurant is right next to the pool. We will definitely be back!

Overall great stay

The property could be a bit cleaner (I found mice poop under the sink) and the master bathroom shower needs updating. Having a pool with a bar/restaurant was awesome!

Thanksgiving Beach Vaca

The property was well-appointed, nicely decorated in a beach theme, very clean, and had lots of room. The balcony is huge and all the furniture very comfortable. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for five and did not lack any kitchen utensils or dishware. Loved it.

Three generations

I traveled with my daughter, my oldest granddaughter and a friend of her’s. We loved the property. The beach was beautiful and the pool area well maintained. We had a few meals at the restaurant and have no complaints. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only complaint I would have is that the condo wasn’t very clean. Tubs and sinks were in need of a good scrubbing and the floors were very sandy on our arrival.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wasn't as clean as it should have been. The floors, counter tops were not completely clean. The air vents had noticeable black mold in them especially the one near front door. There were fleas on furniture and beds. We all got ate up. There were roaches!! One was huge. Master shower was moldy. Towels had stains. No trash bags. The pool was closed by the health department on our 4th day there due to a violation. This was the day after we went to pool and it was nasty. We were supposed to have view of pool but could barely see it qbut could dumpster that was full and stinky. Also they wanted to show the condo because it was for sale during our stay.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo.Our stay was wonderful! The condo was larger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment you could need for any cooking. (You might want to consider adding a Kurig or other coffee pod coffee maker.There were many good restaurants nearby. The Flying Fish was wonderful!

The customer service was fine; they still have my name wrong, and charged more to book direct than the price offered on VRBO. But, they did work with me to make our dates available, so I didn’t argue the point. It was great to have a restaurant right on site. It was fantastic to have beach access right outside our door. Wish there were a tad larger (perhaps fenced) dog area - but the fact that we were allowed dogs at all was plenty worth it! I definitely recommend Beachside Colony for a stay on Tybee.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not very clean. Walking on the floors without shoes turned our feet black in minutes - I don't think they've been mopped for a very long time. It was obvious that it wasn't vacuumed well either. The air conditioning unit leaks water onto the water heater below and the pan under the water heater is full of water. The refrigerator is very rusted. There was a layer of dust on all of the lamps where the switches are and on all of the air vents and returns. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. Oh, and there were only four forks in the silverware drawer. This is our second time at this facility and we love the restaurant on the property and the location, but this unit left a lot to be desired.

Over the years, I’ve watched this community grow while still maintaining the relaxed, family-friendly feel that makes Tybee special. Guests love this location for its direct beach access, walkability, and central mid-island setting that makes getting anywhere on Tybee easy. In addition to managing condos here, I’m also an owner at Beachside Colony, which means I care for this property the same way I care for my own.
