I would highly recommend this condo. Very peaceful and relaxing. Check in and out is easier than a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 kids with us and there was plenty of room and we felt safe. Our bed was very firm so I have a hard time sleeping some of the nights but not a dealbreaker. We did have confusion with the check in process while finding which parking lot to enter and how to get to our condo door. The host was very quick to answer and help us. Pool and beach were walking distance. We had a great time.

Plenty of space for our 6 adults. Property is Oceanside and close to beach but no Ocean view. Couch needs replaced, it is worn out. A few other minor things need attention in bathrooms that did not affect our stay. Outside of building and grounds could use some attention. Over-all this unit is nice for the price.

The property is spacious and very clean. Check in process is a breeze. The location could not be better. We absolutely enjoyed the heated pool, the beach and the convenience of the Deck beach bar and restaurant is right next to the pool. We will definitely be back!

Host was excellent in communicating with us prior to our arrival. The property was slightly confusing with all the gates and passcodes. There were a lot and hard to remember so we had to carry the paper with us so we didn’t get locked out . It definitely is a safe place to stay. The condo itself could use some updating, but for a short beach vacation was just fine. The poolArea is new and excellent, as well as the restaurant and bar. We loved the walkway to the beach and the beach was nice and clean, the tide was way down during the day and you could walk forever out into the ocean. So fun!

Overall great stay

The property could be a bit cleaner (I found mice poop under the sink) and the master bathroom shower needs updating. Having a pool with a bar/restaurant was awesome!

Thanksgiving Beach Vaca

The property was well-appointed, nicely decorated in a beach theme, very clean, and had lots of room. The balcony is huge and all the furniture very comfortable. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for five and did not lack any kitchen utensils or dishware. Loved it.

Beachside Colony is always our "Go To"

Love Beachside Colony

You can see it from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and the kids loved having 2 full beds instead of 2 twins in the guest room.

Three generations

I traveled with my daughter, my oldest granddaughter and a friend of her’s. We loved the property. The beach was beautiful and the pool area well maintained. We had a few meals at the restaurant and have no complaints. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only complaint I would have is that the condo wasn’t very clean. Tubs and sinks were in need of a good scrubbing and the floors were very sandy on our arrival.

Not as clean as it should have been

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wasn't as clean as it should have been. The floors, counter tops were not completely clean. The air vents had noticeable black mold in them especially the one near front door. There were fleas on furniture and beds. We all got ate up. There were roaches!! One was huge. Master shower was moldy. Towels had stains. No trash bags. The pool was closed by the health department on our 4th day there due to a violation. This was the day after we went to pool and it was nasty. We were supposed to have view of pool but could barely see it qbut could dumpster that was full and stinky. Also they wanted to show the condo because it was for sale during our stay.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo.Our stay was wonderful! The condo was larger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the equipment you could need for any cooking. (You might want to consider adding a Kurig or other coffee pod coffee maker.There were many good restaurants nearby. The Flying Fish was wonderful!
