Sophorae Cottage-WiFi gratuit

Le chalet Sophorae est situé sur l'avenue Wattletree à seulement 350 mètres des commerces locaux, de la jetée, de la plage de baignade et du pub.
Notre prix comprend le linge et le wi-fi gratuit via le NBN avec un hébergement pour un maximum de 8 personnes - sans frais supplémentaires.

Le chalet est propre et confortable avec 5 lits pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a deux lits Queen, deux simples et un double. La maison dispose de trois chambres, deux toilettes, une salle de bains, une cuisine / repas moderne et un grand salon confortable. Le chalet Sophorae dispose de la climatisation ainsi que de ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort.

La cour est confortable et privée avec du gazon synthétique nouvellement posé, un joli jardin, un coin repas, un salon et un parasol. La véranda avec des sièges et un barbecue offre des possibilités de plein air par tous les temps.

Le chalet Sophorae a été acheté par les propriétaires actuels en 2011. Le nom vient d'Acacia Sophorae ou d'acacia côtier.

St Leonards est populaire pour la pêche, la plongée et les séjours en famille. Des dauphins pouvaient être vus du rivage, nageant le 1er septembre. Les clients séjournant en été ont attrapé des calmars de la jetée à l'aide de lignes à main.

Le chalet Sophorae a une longue allée avec une porte pour que votre bateau ou votre jet-ski puisse être garé en toute sécurité derrière. Il y a également accès à un tuyau.

Great location and features in house only down fall was stayz advertise everyday on radio you get the whole house, garage not with this house we had no garage which ment my boat had to stay in weather.

Great cottage holiday

This property was comfortable and cosy. Very nice sized bedrooms. Great outdoor area. All that you need including washing machine and dryer. Walking distance to shops, park and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Ticks All the Boxes!

This property is so well set up and ticks all the boxes: seating, heating, walk to town, clean, comfortable, nice decor and free wi-fi! We had a really fun weekend. Also, Annemarie is a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location, spacious for a cottage stay , great outdoor setting. Bed quality needs reviewing

Great stay, a very well kept cottage that lives up to the description on site. Was easy to access and the outdoor area was suburb to spend time in. My only advice for an amazing overall experience would be to please get new bedding (mattresses ) as and some More crockery for a full house. Other then that amazing!

Sophorea Cottage

Our third visit to the cottage and as always it is a pleasant experience, neat, tidy, clean, and restful with every convenience available for an enjoyable stay. The cottage is close to the shops and the beach and we rarely used our car to move around the area. The beach is lovely and the village is well equipped to cater to our needs. The 3 cafes certainly help make the day more enjoyable!!! Another wonderful holiday!

good house, good location

This is a good house, major appliances worked well, in a quiet location close to beach and well-stocked IGA supermarket. Bedrooms are well separated from living room and kitchen/dining area. We particularly appreciated the empty shelf in a kitchen cupboard, the sturdy rack for hanging towels, the good supply of hot water, and the well-functioning clothes dryer. Only drawback: if you have respiratory allergies, be aware that all rooms but the kitchen have fragrance sticks in aromatic oils, and that they fail to mask the various smells in the house.

The best place tostay

The neighbourhood was super quiet, the town was inviting and very friendly, the fishing was super great and the weather (raining and cool) was perfect for us. Many happy memories made here.

Idyllic cottage and location

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect for us; just a short walk to beach, shops, cafes. St Leonard’s was a beautiful beach spot and much quieter than some other nearby towns that we drove through on our visit. We will be back!

Lovely relaxing stay

Gorgeous house, immaculately clear, 5 minutes walk from the shops and beach. Loved the little extra touches that Annmarie left like the beach umbrella and chairs, buckets and spades! It's a shame we didn't have the weather to use them but looking forward to going back :)

Had a great time at Sophorae, managed to eat and drink the local products which were very enjoyable. Shame the weather was a bit cooler, but can't judge that. Good facilities and would consider again some tine regards Greg
