Adequate, fantastic view and location to town

We enjoyed our stay, but the mattresses on the beds were just far to hard and lumpy.

Hey Cameron, Thanks for that helpful review. We are renovating and changing the beds over the next few months. I hate hard & lumpy beds, too. Some of our guests ask for hard beds. Some want softer. In any event I'll review them all after Australia Day and next time you venture our way, you get an extra 10% discount just for taking the trouble to let us know how we can make it better.

A happy stay

Perfect for our needs. Particularly loved sitting on the huge verandah for meals and rest times.Penny from the office was simply the best with helpfulness and friendliness.

Cosy, clean, perfect for dogs, great location

Small but perfectly neat, clean and comfortable unit, perfect for the dogs to relax after a walk around beautiful Mallacoota. Lovely views from the deck and a quiet nights sleep. We’ll definitely be back!

Great holiday we didn’t want to leave

Unit met our needs with the view and location being fantastic. Shane was very helpful and informative. Had the option of being completely self-sufficient or a very short stroll to the Mallacoota shops. We will definitely be back and will book the same accommodation.

Picture perfect location

My husband, 4yr old daughter and I had the best stay at Bruce’s - it was just what we needed. Such a great location, well equipped and comfortable, we were already planning a return visit before we checked out!

Recently renovated

Lovely position overlooking the lake, walking distance to town. Host was very helpful. Would have liked to have 2 towel rails instead of one flimsy one and fly wire screen on windows

Recent renovations made the previous fly wire screens incompatible with the new window winders. We have ordered these in and they'll be installed in the next week. We'll also review the capacity of our towel rails.

Perfect location and well appointed

Such a great location - the deck is a dreamy spot at anytime of the day. Recent renovation makes everything modern again. Super comfortable beds and quality linen. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. And a great dog friendly space and yard. Walking distance to everything to love about Mallacoota!

Lovely getaway for a couple of days, being able to bring our young boxer was a bonus.

Easy accommodation to stay in and look after. So close to shopping centre and walks aplenty.

Great place to stay, especially with a boat

Very enjoyable, loved the location, access to the jetty for our boat, friendly and helpful manager (Shane). Small issue with original cleaning that was rectified/addressed in discussions with manager.

Stay at Unit 6 Bruce's Holiday Flats

The unit was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the shops and the waterfront. The deck was superb providing a beautiful outlook over the lake. The jetty allowed us to moor our boat with convenient access during our stay.

Very neat and clean in a great location
