Récemment construit, lumineux, spacieux, chalet dans un quartier historique et à distance de marche du Portland Convention Center. Idéal pour les voyages d'affaires ou les vacances. À proximité des magasins, des restaurants et des divertissements, ainsi que de la location de vélos en libre-service, du MAX et du tramway, à quelques pâtés de maisons.

Ce chalet a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour relaxant à Portland, y compris une télévision de 40 pouces avec Netflix, le wifi, un canapé modulable avec chaise, un coin repas, une grande salle de bain avec douche carrelée, une laveuse / sécheuse et des appareils de cuisine professionnels. Le lit gigogne au rez-de-chaussée est de taille queen, équipé d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. (Pas de barre au milieu!) À l'étage est une belle retraite reposante avec un lit queen de style traîneau avec un nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire et un dressing. Comprend un intérieur privé et joliment aménagé, une cuisine professionnelle et des haut-parleurs Bluetooth pour se connecter à votre musique ou à vos podcasts préférés. Le jardin clôturé attenant est juste devant les portes françaises et a des sièges de patio, une cour gazonnée, des arbres fruitiers et des chaises longues. Veuillez noter que l'accès au 2ème étage se fait par une échelle de navire. Demandez des détails si nécessaire. Le propriétaire habite dans la maison principale et est volontiers disponible pour des idées de restaurants, aider à planifier des excursions d'une journée et plus encore. Mais la maison d'hôtes est très privée et votre temps sera calme et relaxant!

Very nice and comfortable space. The loft was fun. And very high up! Definitely a place for sober guests! The buzzy water heater was a curious mystery for a while. Happy it was pretty quiet when we were sleeping. It was a good place to stay.

This place was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and came with a bonus outside cat who visited us every day! Portland is insanely walkable for the able-bodied and the public transit is great. This house was perfectly located for meeting all of our needs and was adorable to boot!

Host was super nice and helpful when I was confused about how to get into the property. Clean and comfy home. Did have some ants in the kitchen but nothing bothersome.

It was very, very dusty. Looked like it had not had a good deep clean in years. We went and bought supplies the first night so we could dust. Then we borrowed a vacuum. There were also ants in every room of the place. Other than that the place is pretty great. Nice and quiet

convenient, quiet location

The guest cottage was in a great location. It was easy to get to many of the main attractions we went to in Portland, but still located in a quiet neighborhood. Martha was very accommodating and gave us good advice on local attractions to visit and restaurants that met our needs. The cottage itself had everything we needed and was a good size space for the two of us. Street parking was easy to find.

Cute Cottage Near Rose Quarter

This is a little gem of a VRBO property in Portland, less than a mile from the Rose Quarter. In the lovely and quiet historic Irvington neighborhood, the cottage is quiet, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is especially nice, and we found all the essentials for preparing meals. The loft is fun and the bed was comfortable. We were blessed with nice weather, so the air conditioning was a bonus. Best of all, Martha is kind, helpful, responsive, and just nice to work with. As avid destination concert-goers, we would be happy to stay here again for another event at the Moda Center.

Nice place be prepared for a steep staircase

The cottage is immaculately clean and nicely decorated and the host is very nice. When I arrived I didn't realize how steep the staircase is and I was concerned about it. It was late and I decided I just wanted to stay on the downstairs pull-out sofa. I couldn't figure out how to open it. The owner was not available. I finally figured it out. I also could not get the light working next to the bed upstairs up the steep ladder in case I decided to stay there. And it was quite hot up there for me even though there is an air conditioner cool air was really not reaching up there and there was no fan. Anyway it all worked out in the end and Martha was certainly very caring.

CAUTION. This property is unsanitary. There is extensive mildew in the shower and dirt throughout the home. I left and rented a different property. I texted photos to the host and pointed out that the condition of the home does not match the photos in the listing. I asked her to do the right thing and refund me at least 50% of the unused nights. She refused and only refunded my cleaning fee of 85. PLEASE review my photos before you consider staying here. My daughter and I were horrified.

Great Location - cute place

Irvington was a great location for us and the neighborhood is super charming. Lovely walks and beautiful yards all around. Found a cute coffee shop in walking distance. This was a very nice place to stay - super comfy.

A gem in Portland

This home is so nice and quiet. I came to visit my brother who recently moved to Portland, and there are so many small shops as well as restaurants in the area just a short walking distance. The weather was perfect and Martha is amazing. I will be coming back!

Cozy spot in great neighborhood

My husband and I had a couple of nights in Ptown and enjoyed the cozy cottage and its great location very close to all that makes Ptown so fun: coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. Really loved the morning run in the neighborhood, too. Definitely come back.

Perfect spot

Very unique and attractive cottage. The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to a number of great restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. There is plenty of close parking and all the neighborhood residents were very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Martha provided a wonderful, quaint space. I enjoyed my stay and it was like being at home... I had everything I needed. My favorite experience was getting in my car in the morning and the neighbor across the street greeting me with a smile and hello.

Great stay in Irvington

The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed. Martha was so friendly and accommodating! She gave us great tips on restaurants. There were also visitor/tourist magazines in the apartment, so we could plan our eating adventures. It was like living in a hotel but with a full kitchen! We were close to the Alberta Arts District, but it was easy to get to other areas of the city. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to stay in a very nice neighborhood for an authentic Portland experience.
