It is so spacious and light-filled with great views over the bay and the Westgate Bridge (especially at night), and the downstairs gym and pool are so handy. You are in the middle of a terrific caf precinct where it is so easy to make new friends, and the beach and the shops are literally two minutes walk away at most).

Nearby, the never-ending walking and bike paths wrap around Port Phillip Bay and its continuous beaches.
