Maison de deux étages dans une communauté fermée et sécurisée avec QUATRE chambres, deux salles de bains, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un plan d'étage ouvert de salon / salle à manger.

La chambre principale a un lit queen trĂšs confortable avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Il a sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e, une cheminĂ©e et un dressing. La deuxiĂšme chambre est Ă©quipĂ©e de 2 lits jumeaux. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit queen size, la quatriĂšme chambre a un lit superposĂ© / lits jumeaux. Nous avons Ă©galement un grand matelas gonflable queen size, qui peut ĂȘtre fourni sur demande et approbation prĂ©alable de 10 personnes ou plus. Notez qu'il y aura des frais pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires.

À seulement 12 miles au sud de la frontiĂšre amĂ©ricaine et Ă  4 miles au nord de Rosarito, cette maison est trĂšs accessible pour dĂ©couvrir et profiter de la vie nocturne et des variĂ©tĂ©s de nourriture que Rosarito et Tijuana ont Ă  offrir ainsi qu'un court trajet de retour Ă  la frontiĂšre ou Ă  l'aĂ©roport de Tijuana .

Au sein de cette communauté fermée, vous avez également accÚs à une grande piscine, des courts de tennis et un joli petit parc donnant sur l'océan. Il y a aussi un dépanneur à quelques pùtés de maisons qui facilite et accélÚre l'achat de nourriture, de boissons et d'articles de premiÚre nécessité. Il y a aussi un certain nombre de petits restaurants et bars uniques à la sortie de la porte de sécurité sud de San Antonio del Mar.

Great spot at the beach

Such a cool spot right on the beach. The outside space is incredible and the view from the master is amazing. Host was very communicative when we had some trouble here and there. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Host is great.

Amazing home

House is very clean, very spacious and plenty of room for a large family! The location and view from the balcony is truly amazing. My family and I truly loved it. And Leticia was the best, answered any questioned and responded very quickly. We will forsure be coming back for another trip!

Loved It!

I rented the home for the weekend with my family, it was our first family vacation and we're so glad we chose Leticia's beach house. We had a very nice, relaxed weekend. You get the most beautiful sunsets and we were able to take nice walks on the beach. The weather was perfect and the fact that its located in a private community just gives you that privacy you need. We will definately be coming back.

Enjoyable stay in San Antonio Del Mar

Lovely home with ample room for everyone, on a cliff overlooking the beach with direct access by staircase. Friendly security staff and store/restaurants in the compound which was convenient. Leticia was very responsive and helpful.

The house was perfect. The pictures on the website did not give the housoe the beauty it deserved.

We love the entire experience, from the scenic views, The sunsets and sunrise were breathtaking from the patio of the house. The access to the beach was a plus, also having everything close by was also very convinient. We would definetly return. Thank Leticia, the owner, she went above and beyond in keeping me updated and informed, really did appreciate that. Thanks again VRBO, it was another great getaway.

Such an Amazing experience!

Staying in San Antonio Del Mar! Was a amazing experience. I was a little nervous about meeting Leticia, but after meeting her I felt such a relief, she is very sweet. Very helpful an very attentive my whole Stay. She showed us her whole beautiful home an answered all our questions. Her home was very clean an organized, she made sure it’ was sanitized before our arrival. The views were breathtaking. My biggest worry was security. But I felt so safe once, we where there. Leticia was so nice, we are definitely coming back!!

Perfect Location

You cannot beat the location and views from this property. We saw dolphins every morning and evening. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We cooked several meals and they had everything we needed to cook with. It is very bright as there are no black out shades for the mornings but the sound of the ocean more than makes up for that.

Clean and spacious

Leticia was great to deal with, she answered all questions I had leading up to check in date, I must have sent her about 10 messages in the span of about 3 weeks and she answered all within about 30 minutes. Leticia and the gentleman that she was with the day we arrived were an absolute pleasure, she went over some important info and made some very helpful suggestions, handed us the keys to the house and off they went, leaving us to enjoy her lovely place. The place is bigger and nicer than what the pictures depict, so that was a nice surprise. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed (pots, pans, utensils etc...) for the 5 home cooked meals we made for our party of 10. Beach is quite a few stairs down which isn't too bad, but the walk back up can be a bit exhausting if not in shape, have bad knees, or are older (not much of a problem for our group except the little ones). Overall the place was fantastic, it accommodated our large party with no problems, we enjoyed the extremely large patio and deck, and the kids appreciated the excellent WiFi. I have rented other places in Rosarito and in San Antonio del Mar (which is where this home in this gated community is located) many times, and I have to say that this house makes my top two as a Family rental. I will definitely stay here again when with a large group. Oh, I'd like to say thanks to Leticia for accommodating our early check-in , my family and I really appreciate that nice gesture. Thanks again.

Beautiful home

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Very spacious, killer view and extremely clean. The home is in a gated community that offers a variety of restaurants and a convenience store for all the small necessities. Leticia was a gracious host that went above and beyond to offer our family a safe and enjoyable trip. We will definitely return!!!!

Great vacation spot!

Leticia was such and amazing host. She was very friendly and was supper easy to get a hold of. The home was beautiful and perfect get away! Also, you don’t even have to leave the house if you don’t want to! The beach is right behind house and it’s private. Everything is also close by and not a long commute to papas and beer. Overall, this was a great spot to stay at and definitely recommend it.
