Fantastic Location

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, great heating and we really needed it because it was a very chilly winter weekend. Views were amazing would highly recommend.

Great location, spacious and clean.

It was a great property for my wife, son and myself - walking distance to the beach, eateries and shops and importantly for us, close to the start/finish of the Cadel Evans Peoples Ride and later the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road race.

Step back in time

If you want to step back in time to an original 1950 or 1960 era styles unit, then this is for you, with a few mod cons, if course. It is so close to the beach and not too far from eateries.

Best location in Geelong

The location is the best in Geelong. Waking up overlooking Eastern Beach is great, whether in summer or winter. Property can do with a makeover as some aspects as past due for the expectation of a rental property. Very snug in winter with gas fireplace.

A beautiful retreat.

This property was absolutely perfect. A Great location with stunning views. Had everything we required and would definitely stay again. I will recommend this property to friend's and family and to anyone else who was wanting to stay on the Eastern beach side of Geelong.

Perfect spot, great apartment but noisy neighbours

Great position, lovely few rooms. Unfortunately upstairs noise was very noticeable and very early. We found the beds quite uncomfortable and very squeaky. A lock on the bathroom would be nice too. I had asked for a later check out to get some work done but left on time due to noise and movement upstairs, but you cant choose your neighbours

Location with character

Great location opposite Eastern Beach and 10 mins walk to city centre. Comfy beds and free wifi. Not much light in bathroom and kitchen a little dated, but overall really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Fabulous stay in an older house. Darren & Yolanda were so accommodating. Just across from the beautiful swimming area & 10/15 minute walk to a large shopping centre. We enjoyed our few days in Geelong & would love to go back

Welcoming and Comfortable.

A nice comfortable place overlooking the sea. A home away from home. My sister and I had a nice holiday. But I wish I had met the owners to say a friendly "Thank You" in person. A friend who had recommended this place has been there a few times. I too hope to be there again next year.

Great location and everything you need

Quirky apartment on the waterfront. The apartment is quite old in a larger block but the owners have done a great job with furniture and decor etc to make it feel like home. So close to everything. I would stay again.

Comfortable

Overall the property was comfortable and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is great! We were a bit dussapointed with the kitchen area though. Very very basic, old and minimal cooking utensils and items. Everything worked tho. There were large kitchen carpet floor mats that very dirty and smelly and impossible to clean. We put them outside during our stay. The back area of the flats always had rubbish blowing everywhere...smelly mop and no dustpan and broom. Basically an ok place to stay... but not if you like to cook! Sea breeze was the best!
