Property with amazing views

This place is very well set up for a relaxing holiday, lots of great supplies for a large family or a couple families. Lots of activities for kids of all ages. View and location us amazing! Would love to be back here again soon!!

Girls Weekend Away

Property was beautiful, clean and luxurious. We were all very impressed with the level of inclusions and the quality of the furnishings. Cathy is a great host. Highly recommend the property.

Too much restrictions

The place is situated in a perfect location as you have the view of Werri Beach. But I didn't like the layout as it tends to split the family activities into 2 floors. There were so many rules and regulations in the house that put so many limitations on us. We felt very restrictive in all our actions we actually put off my family particularly my brother.

Thank you for your feed back. I'm sorry that the layout of the house was not to your satisfaction. We desigened the house to have 2 living areas one near the pool and one overlooking the beach. The choice then becomes yours where you want to entertain. For families who have children the lay out is ideal as the adults can entertain in one area and the children can be in the other. Some of the rules and regulations are set by the local council, some are to ensure the guests safety and the others are to ensure that you clean up after yourself so that we can keep Ataahua in an excellant condition and so that guests don't get charged excess cleaning fees. As a guest has already stated in an earlier review "there are laminated instructions but nothing over the top."

Beautiful property and view

Loved the mineral pool, great way to finish the day. Amenities were fantastic, property was spotless and close to the beach.

Perfect House in Gerringong

We had a fabulous stay at Ataahua. The house is beautiful, well equipped with everything you could possible need and spotlessly clean. Extras like the toiletries, wine and condiments were also a lovely touch. Views of Werri Beach and the Headland are spectacular and it is only a short walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Cathy was very friendly and a fabulous host. She gave us a quick run through of everything in the house and advised about restaurants etc in the local area. Communication was very good. It was hard to leave this house after a week, and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful location

Even though the weather wasn’t great we still enjoyed our stay and the host Communicated with me prior to going and was able to suggest places to eat great walking distance to town as well

Location, location, location

Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. Cathy has everything covered at this property from the moment you enter the house. We found it hard to leave the property as we spent our mornings enjoying breakfast by the sea and our afternoons on the back deck watching the sun disappear behind the mountains.

Great host and wonderful property!

The property is kept in extremely clean condition, had all the amenities we needed and was only a short stroll to the beach. Host, Cathy, was wonderful to deal with and provided us with a detailed rundown of the property and area on check-in. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Gorgeous views from the house

We stayed 2 weeks ago and had a good stay here. The house looks very nice and clean. and it has amazing views of the Werri beach and unobstructed views of the headland. The pool was great to have as well for afternoon swims after heading to the beaches during the morning. Well Equipped kitchen. Even separate wet bar downstairs.

Amazing holiday house

Absolutely beautiful place, the house is very well kept, very clean and has everything you possibly need. The location and views are amazing and Cathy was so welcoming and lovely, she took the time to give us a house tour and direct us to the best places to see and eat! We will definitely be back to visit Ataahua.

Beautiful

Beautiful clean house, great location close to shops and beach. Complimentary wine and individual toiletries were a nice touch. Lots of Surf/boogie boards, games etc for kids. Great communication with Cathy. Check in would have preferred the lock key system as you need to meet someone at the property for keys and communicate time of arrival/arriving later etc but not a big deal. This may also be to run through the ins and outs of the house but I think most people can figure out for themselves. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful house with amazing views

The house was immaculately clean and had sensational views. It was the perfect location for my family with 2 young boys- close to the beach, skate park and rock pools. The house had plenty of ammenities, including bikes, skateboards and surfboards.

Spectacular property; stunning views

Cathy, thanks for the opportunity to stay I your beautiful home. The views to Werri Beach from everywhere (balcony, Lounge, Dining, kitchen) and then to the ranges from the rear of house we’re gorgeous. A short stroll down the hill to the beach or to the village centre makes it a perfect location. We did the Coast Walk while we were there and played golf at Gerringong Golf Course. My family were all very relaxed for the duration of our stay and that is in large part due to the wonderful property and location. The pool onsite would be great in Spring, Summer and Autumn.

The perfect place to get away from the fast pace of Sydney. Ataahua was a weekend haven for our weekend getaway. Super clean and close to all you need to see while in gerringong. Cathy is lovely and happy to help with any questions. Thanks again!

A lovely family getaway

Our family stay down in Gerringong was lovely. Cathy was really accommodating for small children and had activities covered for young and old. The property is right in the beach and close to parks and swimming spots. Check in was a breeze and Cathy provided local information for where to go for the best food, ice cream etc.. Overall it was an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Outstanding home with absolutely everything! Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Ataahua, Gerringong, but a weekend was too short! In the lead up to our arrival, the owner Cathy was very obliging with requests for our stay and offering helpful advice and recommendations for the local area. From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen a great property, extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly think of for all types of guests, and by far the cleanest property we have come across to date. A large, well-designed modern home, walking distance to the beach and local village and with spectacular views to match, located in the picturesque charming Gerringong. This is definitely one to put on your list.
