The Lakes Beach House est une maison de vacances moderne de quatre chambres située à Lakes Entrance. Nous l'avons conçue et construite pour répondre aux besoins d'une ou deux familles ou d'un groupe d'amis pour vous détendre et profiter du lac Gippsland et de ses environs. Le Beach House Lacs est dans un excellent emplacement, à seulement 10 minutes de marche sur terrain plat à la passerelle (pas randonnée des collines pour se rendre à cette maison). Il est également assez proche de la rue principale de ne pas besoin de la voiture, mais assez loin de l'action pour être en mesure de se détendre et d'obtenir une bonne nuit de sommeil. Voir où 19 Whiters Street est sur la carte.

Avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain (grande baignoire), il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes, qui le rend idéal pour 1 ou 2 familles ou un groupe d'amis. La grande terrasse couverte dispose d'un barbecue Weber et un évier extérieur qui est idéal pour le divertissement et avec un jardin orienté vers le nord, c'est un espace parfait pour les enfants à jouer en toute sécurité.

Les espaces de vie et de cuisine sont protégées par des fenêtres à double vitrage. Tous les appareils sont neufs et la cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et un autre réfrigérateur et congélateur dans le garage. La laverie comprend un lave-linge à chargement frontal et un sèche-linge.

La propriété dispose d'entrée sans clé, donc pas besoin de se soucier de l'endroit où stocker les clés lors de détente sur la plage ou aller pour une baignade.

Perfect for families

Spacious and comfortable property for families looking for a relaxing break. The location of the beach house was also excellent. Tim was wonderful to deal with right from the time we first made contact through until the time we departed.

Tim was in contact to make sure all was good. It is a fabulous family home lots of supplies crockery games etc. being mid to late 70’s we struggled with comfort in seating. It was a good location as far as nearness to beach and shops restaurants but busy and sometimes noisy traffic.

Space and Comfort

Thoroughly enjoyed our week here in mid winter – spacious, comfortable and very clean house with everything you could need for self-catering and home entertainment. Walking distance from the foreshore. A great place to relax and unwind!

A memorable stay

Wow what a lovely property. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The lounge and beds were very comfortable and so were the dining chairs, which was important to us as my husband has a bad back. The location was excellent everything within walking distance. Have never been in a home that had everything you needed in the kitchen. Has a lovely tv and surround sound. It felt so homely. Tim the host was extremely easy to communicate with. If there was any questions he would respond quickly. Can't fault our stay. Will definitely come back again. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. Thank you Tim for the lovely experience. Katrina

Home away from home

We were very impressed with our stay. Lakes Beach House is very spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with everything anyone could possibly need, even a spice cupboard for the cooks. Beds are very comfortable with doonas and plenty of extra blankets if needed. It is also very cosy ,facing north ,capturing the morning sun, and really quiet, away from the busy highway, and a short walk to a supermarket, or to a walking track around the lake, and into town. We had our small dog with us, and were very pleased to have secure yard for her, and a sun filled back verandah for her too. The garage is secure, with key pad entry, and Tim is a great communicator, providing all necessary entry codes, and any other information you might need. We were fortunate to be able to buy prawns from a trawler, and to shop at the fishermans co-op on Bullock Island. Lakes beach House is truly a home away from home, we loved our time there, and hope to return soon, and can certainly highly recommend this for you.

Very impressed with this property

Property was large, clean and had everything it said it had plus more. Perfect fit for our families. We loved the property. Felt homely. Had a great time hanging out together. Communication beforehand was excellent and even messaged to say we could check in anytime the day of checkin. Our only negative was getting a phone call from the landlord the Monday night asking us not to put anything in the bin so it doesn’t smell. We were booked to stay until Wednesday and we put bins out for collection the Monday. We all just thought it was weird to get that phone call. We still had two days of rubbish. There is not a lot to do at Lakes Entrance unless you like fishing or the weather is nice for beach or boating. We went to a couple of restaurants and the food was terrible and the fish and chip shop food was disgusting. Overall though we had an amazing family holiday and if the property was in another location we would definitely book again. We were really impressed with the property.

Thanks for the kind words on the house . Think there was a bit of a misunderstanding re the bins. Bin night is Monday night. I called Tuesday night.(before checking out on Wednesday) To ask how your stay was. Plus when people are checking out I ask if there is any food left in the fridge that you are not taking home, could it be left in the fridge so the bins dont smell. We can feed the farm animals the food left in the fridge or compost it. Plus this minimises land fill. There is a small label on the fridge door stating this and it is on the the front page of the house manual (we are trying to minimise waste going into the rubbish bins. When checking out if there is any food you are not taking home. Please leave it in the fridge or cupboards and we will sort it out) Tim

We were very happy with this property. Great location with a easy walk into town, clean modern accommodation with plenty of space and everything provided. Tim was easy to contact and very understanding when it appeared we may have a problem early in our stay. Very much appreciated.

Lakes week away.

We had a lovely time in a clean and welcoming house, only 5 minutes walk to Myers Street shops! Spacious bedrooms to retire to if the holiday gets too much and the security of a lock up garage for the car. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed was there- well equipped kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, linens. Great location- easy stroll to the footbridge and town. Lovely and helpful owner. Will stay here again.

Great set up!

House was great! Loads of space, open living kitchen area and nice big screen tv. Kitchen well equipped. Instructions excellent even down to labels on draws where to find things. Nice big couch where we could all chill. Nice enclosed area for our dogs as well. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home in a great location

A very spacious and comfortable house in a great location in Lakes Entrance. We were close enough to the shops and cafes as well as being only 1 street away from the water. The living area is huge and the bedrooms are really good sizes. It really was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks!

Home away from home

Could not have wished for a better house, extremely clean lovely linen on all beds ,kitchen very well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. furniture was very comfortable and in excellent condition, there was not a thing we needed that was not supplied, will certainly be returning for further holidays. Would certainly recommend this house to anyone who wants a great home in a great location

Weekend at Lakes Entrance

10 of us stayed at the property for the Cup weekend. We have stayed at a lot of places, however this would rate as one of the best places we have stayed at, in terms of cleanliness and amenities provided. Tim thought of everything, right down to labelling cupboards, so it was very easy to find things. I cannot recommend this highly enough. We certainly cannot wait to get back. Anita
