La maison est un cottage traditionnel de Key West qui a fait l’objet d’une rĂ©novation complĂšte. Le charme et les caractĂ©ristiques historiques ont Ă©tĂ© conservĂ©s, tandis que tous les luxes d'aujourd'hui ont Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©s.

Il y a une chambre principale, avec lit king et salle de bain complÚte, au premier étage. De plus, il y a un demi-bain et une petite chambre avec un lit simple au premier étage. Le deuxiÚme étage a deux chambres et une salle de bain partagée. Une des chambres à l'étage a un lit queen, l'autre chambre à l'étage a des lits jumeaux. Les salles de bain ont été complÚtement reconstruites lors de la rénovation. Tous les matelas sont neufs.

Au premier Ă©tage, une grande salle s'ouvre sur la piscine / le patio. Cette piĂšce est adjacente Ă  la nouvelle cuisine. Il y a aussi un demi-bain et des machines Ă  laver pleine grandeur.

Le meilleur atout de la maison est la piscine chauffĂ©e et la cabane. Il y a un espace de pont autour de la piscine qui est idĂ©al pour bronzer. Il y a un barbecue au propane pour la cuisine en plein air. La cabane de la piscine est recouverte d'un canapĂ© et de chaises longues
. C'est l'endroit idïżœïżœal pour un cocktail ou une sieste l'aprĂšs-midi!

La propriĂ©tĂ© est clĂŽturĂ©e et la cour est privĂ©e. Une fois que vous ĂȘtes dans la cour, vous ne saurez jamais que vous ĂȘtes Ă  deux pas de la rue Duval

La télévision par cùble et une connexion Wi-Fi sont incluses.

Cette maison est chien-amical. Un (1) chien autorisĂ©, pesant jusqu'Ă  25 lb Doit ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© d'un an ou plus. Doit ĂȘtre castrĂ© / stĂ©rilisĂ©. Toutes les vaccinations Ă  jour. Veuillez noter que certaines races ne sont pas autorisĂ©es.

The property was beautiful! We loved the pool in the backyard and recovered by it every morning. Communication with host was prompt and thoughtful, check ins to see if we needed anything was surprising and delightful. Would absolutely stay here again! We cooked dinner one evening, which included using the outdoor grill, and the kitchen had all manner of utensils, stemware, cutlery, glasses, etc. necessary for a dinner party. An all-around fantastic stay. The management company stayed in contact to ensure all was well during the stay. I would highly recommend this property. Location is perfect.

Loved our stay @ Chick-a-Pea!

Can't say enough good things about Chick-A-Pea cottage! The property/home is beautiful inside & out and is wonderfully and conveniently located. There were 5 of us and it was so roomy! Comfortable beds & linens! It was super clean, stocked with essentials and the outdoor area is fantastic! Property management went above & beyond in helpfulness and friendliness! 10/10 and we hope to be back & stay again!

Cozy Cottage

We so enjoyed our stay at Chick-A-Pea cottage. We spent time chatting in the cabana or lounging by the pool most of the time we were "home". The cottage is in a great location, half a block off Duval Street - lots of places within walking distance. Fun time had by all!

Reviewer Comments: This is an oasis from busy Duval Street. perfectly located, about a 15 minute walk to Mallory Square, about a five minute walk to the southernmost point. Easily walkable to Hemingway house and Truman House. And beautifully decorated, they thought of everything. Plenty of towels, kitchen, tools, etc. Super responsive to text messaging, reply within the hour, every single time.Would definitely stay here again. (A heads up: the upstairs shower is really only suited for people under 5‘6“. The bedrooms are spacious up there, but that shower style is crazy short. The master shower is nice and tall.)

This was the best vacation house absolutely Pristine clean the outdoor space amazing. The warm pool was perfect excellent location it was a dream vacation for my surprise 60th birthday with my family 7 of us plenty of space !

Perfect house for group visit

The cottage was perfect for our group of six. Plenty of comfortable living space, a dining table that sat six and the perfect little pool for backyard fun. The pictures are accurate depictions of the cottage as well . You can't beat the location, just a few steps away from Duval. We also loved being on the quieter side of town, knowing the crowds and shenanigans were just a short ten minutes walk away. Would 100% stay here again.

Power Boat Races 1 week stay

Overall place was very nice. Only thing I will say for whatever its worth experienced some paranormal activity during our stay. For example kitchen cabinets opened up miraculously, along with doors and random foot steps and noises at night. if you are into that have fun! but definitely freaked our group out a bit.

Summer Bliss at Chick-a-Pea

The Chick-a-pea cottage is ideally loacated at upper Duval walking distances to all ameneties. The pergola and pool make for a relaxing week stay. You can quickly cool off in the salt water pool, grab a drink and relax under the pergola at night. Ample living space and sleeping quarters taylored to the Key West coastal vibe. HKWVR is a plus, highly attentive and communicated with ease during our stay.
