Peaceful, clean and convenient location. The pool was crystal clear and the unit was very clean. I was happy to find tongs for grilling amd KcupsAmanda was friendly and picked up charcoal for the grill since they were out. Just know that it's charcoal not propane so plan the extra time for grilling.It was a bit longer walk to the beach than I expected but a 3 min drive so easily solved. We are already planning another trip same time, same place, next year.

Weekend Getaway

Villa 7 at Shadow Palm was perfect for our weekend getaway! The location is SUPER convenient, the Shadow Palm community is so quaint and lovely, villa 7 is comfortable and a great beach house, and the host is responsive and very accommodating! Looking forward to renting this jewel again!

Loved Our Stay — Will Definitely Be Back!

Stayed in Villa 7 for Sandfest and it was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and the oversized king bed was amazing. Quiet, quaint property with a beautiful patio overlooking the pool. Location right off 11th Street made everything easy. Also recommend renting a beach cart from Sage — quick delivery and pickup. Great trip, great spot — highly recommend!

Great stay on our Southern road trip

We enjoyed staying at this house - very close for walks on the beach, bike riding and swimming at the community pool. The place is well set up, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

First time in Port A

We had a great time, the location was excellent and we had place pretty much to ourselves. It’s very quiet at night which we loved. Also not far from all the beaches and restaurants!!!

Cute villas close to the beach

The villa was well appointed with a nice size bedroom with a king size bed ( very comfy), good kitchen and nice size living room. It was about 1/2 mile to gain access to the beach. The pool area was nice, but the water was not heated so didn’t really use it. Laundry was shared and was easy to access.

Great location and community

2 min to the beach via car was super convenient for us to watch sunsets and sunrises. The layout is roomy for my wife and me and out little pup. This community of stand alone villas has a neighborhood feel with several friendly returning "snow birds" that stay for the winter season. Our 2nd stay here!

Couple’s Getaway w/ dogs

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to take our dogs to the beach. Loved how dog friendly this property is and it’s such an easy drive to the beach, restaurants, etc. We didn’t take the opportunity to use the awesome outdoor grill area but definitely will next time. Can’t wait to go back!

So weather your vacation group just includes your immediate family or several families in multiply villas, there is enough room and space to relax and enjoy the breeze.
