Bienvenue au paradis au Palms 2. Une villa de luxe située de l'autre côté de la rue à quelques pas de l'océan. Cette villa est une villa Penthouse située au 4ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil sur l'océan, la brise de l'océan et très paisible. Aucun invité bruyant ne reste au-dessus de vous. La villa a un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec une immense cuisine entièrement équipée, des comptoirs en granit, un congélateur sur pied et 8 tabourets de bar. La salle à manger a une table de chalet et 8 chaises. Lorsque vous emménagez dans la tanière / salon, il y a une grande sectionnelle surdimensionnée et une télévision à écran plat de 60 pieds. Il y a aussi un autre espace qui a un combo lit double / lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat de 32 '. Parfait pour les enfants ou la literie supplémentaire. La 1ère chambre a un lit king size, TV et salle de bain complète. La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et TV. La 3ème chambre a un lit king, TV et salle de bain complète Enfin, la chambre principale avec un lit king, TV et salle de bain complète. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat 32 '. Il y a aussi un grand balcon avec des chaises Adirondack pour profiter de la vue et des sons de l'océan. Nous avons également une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage. La villa a une literie haut de gamme, des lits très confortables et est une véritable villa de luxe. Nous avons le WiFi, une piscine, un bain à remous et un espace de grillade avec 5 grilles et une table de pique-nique pour nos clients.

Perfect layout for families! Location was great. Accommodations exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen as well as having linens, beach towels and chairs. Loved it and will stay here again! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great property with excellent access to the beach. A shootout in the parking garage the last night left us all feeling uneasy and eager to leave though.

Thank you for the kind words about the villa. I work hard to keep it well maintained and clean. This shooting thing was very disturbing to hear, So I wanted to get the facts and I called the police dept and talked to the detective. It was a random shooting that had nothing to do with people staying in our building, it just happened on the street in front of our park garage. There were no injuries, no arrests and he said the people were long gone. Praise God no one was hurt. I have owned this villa since it was built 15 years ago. My family has 3 villas in this building. We come a lot and bring our kids, grand kids and elderly parents. We have always felt safe. This is a family building and have never had anything like this happen. I am truly sorry this happened during your stay. It is very sad and scary. Unfortunately things like this are apart of the world we live in. I still put my faith in God to overcome this evil. Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was able to accommodate our large family with room to spread out. The location was ideal for several trips to and from the beach with small children and older parents (you do have to cross a road that can be busy at times). Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for families!

This villa was a great place for our family. It was roomy with plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, etc. And having the extra refrigerator and freezer was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and just close enough to the beach. I highly recommend to anyone!

Spacious condo

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and only a short walk across the highway to the beach. Greatly appreciated all the extra little conveniences the owners provided including beach towels and chairs. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Very Spacious

The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and then some. Lots of room to accommodate everyone. You can tell the owners have taken great care and pride in their Villa.

Family time at the beach

Great property and location. Lori was an excellent host and kept in touch to make sure all was working well. Location right across the street from the beach. Family oriented smaller building. Highly recommend for any vacation with kids/grandkids. Plenty of beds and all the amenities you will need. Awesome top floor views from the balcony.
