This property was in the perfect location to access the Bay of Fires magnificent beaches. The house was beautiful and clean with everything there. I’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderfully located hideaway, that was perfect for a 5 night stay. The house felt perfect as soon as we walked in, and we know we’ll be back. With a short stroll to the beaches, an amazing view from the lounge room (and balcony!) along with a well considered native garden, there was really not more we could have asked for. A warm and light home to relax, read and decompress. Many thanks, we can’t wait to come back :)

The accomodation was well set up, the fireplace was perfect, we have had a lovely , relaxing weekend.I intend to rebook this site for our next visit to St Helens, and have already promoted the site to family and friendsThankyou for a great weekend .

A house worth returning to for another holiday

Close to two beautiful beaches which we preferred to the longer Bay of Fires. The house has a great wood fire that we used for our rainy afternoon. St Helens is a delightful town not far away and offers great food and coffee. Definitely one of our favourite places in our holiday.

Every thing we needed was there ,the veiws were great and we were visited by the paddymelons. The native garden and thee bush and ocean over the road were lovely walks. Inside, the fireplace made the rooms very cosy. We had a little problem with the door lock but it was attended too very quickly. The upstairs bathroom was a bit small but overall it was a great place to stay.

Family trip

Our multigenerational family stay (5A, 2C) at the Beach House was wonderful. From the moment we arrived the views and peaceful setting were just as we had imagined. This isn't a new house but the living room is cozy, the bedrooms comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed meals around the big table, games of table tennis and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The beautiful beach was a short walk through the scrub, or drive down the road. Hosts provided helpful information about the house and local tips. We'd love to return again in future!

We appreciated the feedback initial contact with the host regarding the potential power outage due to the storms.Extra cleaning of the wood heater, floors, some of the dishes, dusty surfaces and cobwebs before our arrival would have been good. We also had to put sheets on 2 of the beds ourselves which was inconvenient. A few broken chairs in the main area.Other than that we had a lovely stay in the spacious house. Enjoying the pingpong table, heating options, balcony, location and views.

A weeks holiday at Beautiful Binalong Bay

We loved how the Garden road Beach house is situated in an idea spot close to some beautiful beaches and sights as we spent a lot of time on the beach and kayaking the lagoons in the area . We arrived on a day that was 30 degrees the house being 2 story and gets the all day sun it was like an oven inside ..The was only an Air con down stairs I don’t know why because it was no help as all the living area was up stairs .. There was not any blinds on the windows to close if we went out through the day to even keep the heat out … We could not get the main bedroom window open to allow for any breeze of a night to make it comfortable to sleep . These couple of things really need looking at as we sat of an evening very uncomfortable with the heat some nights . Apart from those issues the house and setting is just lovely .

We’ll be back

The house had a beautiful feel. Lots of space and perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. It is also perfectly situated for access to the beach and walking. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine and coffee were a welcome bonus. We loved it and we’re sorry to leave.
