Bienvenue à notre HHI Beach Villa. Notre villa confortable et spacieuse est un appartement de trois chambres / 3 salles de bains situé dans le complexe de Springwood Villa. La piscine fermée avec une terrasse et pataugeoire / pataugeoire est à quelques pas de notre patio. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la plage, des épiceries, des restaurants et des boutiques et divertissements de Coligny Plaza.

Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée s'ouvre sur le salon et la salle à manger, qui peut accueillir six personnes. Un patio privé a une table avec des chaises pour profiter de l'extérieur.

La suite principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain privée qui a été récemment rénové avec baignoire, douche et double vasque. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec une salle de bain privée récemment rénovée ainsi avec une douche carrelée en verre. Une troisiÚme chambre a deux lits et partage une salle de bain couloir avec baignoire / douche combo.

Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et chaque chambre. Nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi et une laveuse / sécheuse privée. Nous fournissons un parasol, deux chaises et deux serviettes de plage à titre gracieux à utiliser pendant votre séjour.

Il y a deux espaces de stationnement assignés pour la villa avec la villa # et un parking supplémentaire disponible sur un premier arrivé, premier servi.

Les autres équipements comprennent une heure gratuite de court de tennis tous les jours dans les courts adjacents de Van der Meer, un accÚs GRATUIT à la piscine intérieure et à la salle de sport du Players Club.

Le Springwood Villas est situé à seulement 2 pùtés de maisons de South Forest Beach, sur l'avenue Deallyon. Ils sont idéalement situés à proximité du centre de tennis Van der Meer et à quelques minutes de marche ou à vélo des magasins, des restaurants et du tennis. Springwood est proche de la plage et un endroit idéal pour des vacances actives en famille.

Not so good experience.

We booked for a family of 5 (including a 3 yo and 1 yo). We arrived late at night, but unit was not cleaned and was not ready for guests. We contacted the owner, who admitted they had not confirmed the cleaning status or if it was ready for guests. The owner, who isn't local and has no local property management, was unable or unwilling to arrange cleaning that evening. We had to find a hotel room very late at night, with 2 young children. We didn't get checked in until 1:30 AM and weren't settled with our children until later than that. Anyone with kids can understand the inconvenience, with setting up travel cribs and multiple trips b/t car and room for one night). The property wasn't cleaned until after 1:00 PM the the next day, so we lost our first night and half of our second day.The owner was unwilling to refund us for the time we weren't able to use the unit. Failure to ensure basic readiness of was a problem, and resulted in lost vacation time. Additionally, the dryer was broken, which was a key amenity for us, packing lighter than normal bc we thought we'd be able to wash clothes, towels. The unit also doesn't feel as updated as the description/pics lead you to believe (old sunken beds, rugs are dirty and stained, shower fixtures crusty, things like that).

Such a great experience!

Overall we were very happy with our stay here. The property was very clean. We were super close to the pool. The property was quiet and very easy to get to. The beach and park and within walking distance - the same with great restaurants. All of the TVs worked, although we had a slight issue with some lagging. Lots of utensils, plates and bowls. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa!

Incredible Space

We loved our week at this condo! It was so spacious, way bigger than the pictures look! I love that it was a keyless entry with a simple door code for the family to get in and out. Very quiet condo , you can bike everywhere you want on this end of the island. All the cooking gear you could ever need, towels, games, TVs beach gear. Seriously this place is great. We wil definitely be back! Check out was super easy, just load disher take the trash and go. Loved having the pool right out our back door. The porch space was a huge plus as well! Thanks!

Lovely condo in a great location

Only a few blocks to walk or bike to Coligny square shops, restaurants and the beach. Clean and well appointed unit with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and a nice kitchen and laundry. easy to get into and information on Wi-Fi all available at checkin. Easy checkout. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

A Memorable Christmas Stay

My family and I stayed here for Christmas this year due to my mom's untimely passing earlier this year. We wanted to get away as a family and create a new memory together. We were so happy when we walked in the door of the condo. It was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much, so cozy and inviting. The home had lots of great amenities too. The only thing missing was a set of sheets/blanket/pillow for the pull-out sofa, otherwise, everything was perfect! We were able to spend time together, cooking a nice Christmas dinner, making Christmas cookies, and watching lots of Christmas movies. We even got to spend some time on the beach, albeit, very cold, got some beautiful sunrise and sunset photos. We highly recommend this place! If we ever venture back to Hilton Head, we will absolutely stay again. Thank you for the opportunity. Have a great New Year!

Great week at Springwood Unit 61

We had a great week on the island. Unit 61 was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue was the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in the master bedroom, but nothing a Wi-Fi extender couldn’t correct. The area was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching the squirrels from the back patio. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. She answered our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Break from the norm

My family and I had a wonderful time getting away from our normal life to enjoy Hilton Head for a few days. The location of the villa was perfect with just a short car ride to beach, but we enjoyed walking and riding our bikes. Villa was a great spot to come back to relax and recharge before heading out again. Thanks for a great break from reality!

Amazing!! Recently updated, huge open concept floor plan. Kitchen is awesome, everything you need is included. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Coligny Plaza. Nice pool area. Great condo in an awesome location

This is our second stay in this condo complex. This condo was WAY better than our prior rental. This condo is Newly renovated, well stocked and VERY clean. The pool here is big and the kiddie pool is perfect if you have little ones. It’s a short bike ride to the playground, beach, pop jets, coligny plaza among other things.

Loved this beach house!

My family and I loved this place! My 4 year old som loved this beach house and all the space. My mother in law joined us and we all had our own room, which were very spacious, along with our own bathrooms. Definitely a plus! It close to everything we wanted to do and walked around a lot! We would for sure stay here again!

Family Beach Week on Hilton Head Island

Everything about our rental experience was excellent. The information provided by the owner was timely, accurate, and complete. The check-in process was as simple as it could possibly be, and the villa contained everything we needed for our family week at the beach and more. The unit was extra clean and comfortable, and its close proximity to both the complex’s pool and the beach, as well as myriad restaurants made for a very relaxing week. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect for Family!

We had a fantastic experience here! Very centrally located to the beach and restaurants. It was so nice to have a central living space, but enough room to spread out! Being close to the pool was another perk, especially on days when it rained. Everything was updated and lovely, so it was easy to feel like this was a home away from home during our stay!

Excellent Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head and we were very happy with the accommodations. The hosts were VERY responsive with any questions we had and we found everything to be clean, spacious and beautifully remodeled. The location was great; we have younger children (ages 11, 7, and 6) and we had no problem walking to the beach and Coligny Plaza for dinner or lunch, etc. It was also a quick drive there (and to many other spots) so very centrally located. Our kids enjoyed the pool although beware that the water is a bit chilly in the pool in May! Our only issue with the property that may be unique to our family is that we usually need to do quite a bit of our own cooking while on vacation since our daughter has celiac disease. The condo did not have any condiments (which I know has been increasingly tricky in the age of COVID) or spices or olive oil or anything like that. We purchased some parchment paper but it was hard not to have some of those essentials that you hate to buy and throw out because you would never use them up in a week, so I wish there had been oil, salt and pepper, foil or parchment paper, etc. But again, that might be more unique to our family's needs. That being said, I will say that Hilton Head was glorious for awesome and safe celiac spots (more so than almost any vacation we have taken) and so we were pleasantly surprised by that! Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Fun in the sun!

The property was just as described., charming. The room was comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The location was excellent; close to the beach, a park and to shopping. I would recommend staying at this property.

My husband and I are from Pittsburgh PA and have 2 children. As a child, I grew up coming to Hilton Head Island with my family and extended family and friends. I had such fond memories and wanted my husband and family to also be able to experience the love I have for the island. It was a dream come true for us to be able to purchase this beach villa.

I love the Forest Beach area of HHI and love the beaches and the convenience to Coligny Plaza and all the amenities that you can walk to. Our villa is so spacious and comfortable and is a 1st floor flat. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed, there is plenty of room for everyone. We wanted our place to feel like you are at home. The back patio has a gorgeous view and is literally steps from the pool and it is 1/2 mile walk or a few minute bike ride to the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The weather is perfect and enjoying beautiful beaches with an ocean breeze is probably one of the best parts of vacationing in Hilton Head. We love to ride bikes and not only are there bike paths and trails surrounding the island but Hilton Head allows you to bike on the beach. The sand is hard enough to bike miles up and down the beach.
