Start your day with an easy 8 minute morning walk to the beach - it's less than a 1/2 mile away thanks to Villa 252's prime location by the George Fazio golf course 10th hole shortcut. Next, relax with your morning coffee on new, plush patio couches and a new, extended, private deck amidst the palm trees and wildlife of this quiet, serene little neighborhood. Jump on bikes delivered to your door from the on-site Outfitters bike rental and explore the beautiful PD bike paths. Or walk over to Outfitters for a kayak and navigate the property's 11 mile lagoon. Have little ones or don't want to carry your equipment to the beach? Simply drive 3 minutes and park at the PD Beach Club, or call PD's private shuttle service - the Dunes Buggy - for a complementary ride to the beach or Shelter Cove (April - Sep). With so many options for lots of beach access points, you never have to deal with a crowded beach to find your perfect spot!

Turnberry Village is a hidden gem that provides solitude and tranquility even in the busiest of summers, while situated just a short walk away from all the action, activity, and amenities offered by this elegant, gated, world-class resort community. Alexander's restaurant, the Dunes House, Big Jim's restaurant, the PD General Store, Outfitters, golf, tennis, pickleball, etc. are all in easy reach via foot, bike, or car! The Turnberry saltwater pool and pavilion are located directly behind our Villa - just steps away for a refreshing swim or game of cornhole.

Your group will enjoy our spacious double king villa - one primary bedroom on the 1st floor and another on the 2nd. Guests rave about our dreamy king hybrid mattresses - a great night sleep is guaranteed!
The upstairs primary bedroom features skylights and a soaring vaulted ceiling with ensuite bathroom. There's lots of fun to be had across the hall in the suspended quad nautical-themed bunk room with ensuite bathroom and fluffy LoveSac bean chairs.
Smart TVs in every bedroom, full-sized washer, dryer, pantry, beach towels, beach chairs, stocked game cabinet for rainy days...luxurious beach living awaits!
You'll be met with a starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, make-up wipes, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, featuring make-up mirrors and mounted salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash systems for minimum-waste green living. With a Nest programmable thermostat and dehumidifier, you'll enjoy a wonderfully comfortable stay.

Our kitchen is small but mighty, as it's stocked with absolutely everything you need to prepare meals at home - including cookware, barware, air fryer, crockpot, full spice rack, and propane grill out on the deck. Personalize your coffee experience via a full brew coffee maker or Keurig, along with a frother for milky lattes. We're sure you'll find the tastefully appointed beachy décor of soft blues and greens to your liking. Working from your home-away-from-home is a breeze with high speed Wi-Fi, mesh extender system, and monitor available by request. Our local property manager will assist with anything you need to enjoy your stay. Come enjoy our "Coastal Cure", but be forewarned -- it's addictive as you'll only want to come back for more!

PD gate/car pass is required for all vehicles and must be pre-ordered for you, so please indicate how many you will need as guests cannot order passes. You will pay for your pass when you pick it up at the PD pass office drive-thru window. Prices are as follows:

- Please note, the only Host Fee we charge is the fee that is paid to our wonderful Housekeeping staff; we do not charge any other administrative fees.
