Perfect location, very comfortable house.

Great location, close to shops, cafes etc. wonderfully appointed with lovely comfortable beds. Perfect for family and or friends for a long weekend.

Well equipt big house in great location

We loved staying here. The house was big and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and was in a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere!

Family Holiday

My husband & I stayed with our adult children & grandchildren joining us at various times during our stay. This was a perfect house for our needs & brilliantly located. Shops supermarket beach front & hotel all within easy walking distance.

Portarlington Palace

This amazing property had everything you need and more for a comfortable luxurious stay in the Bellarine peninsula. Location perfect. Spacious. Clean. Toys for kids. BBQ. Amazing amenities and close to shops and attractions…..Janelle has thought of everything. The mussels and in Portarlington are a must! We will definitely be back again one day xox

Portarlington Weekend stay for our Son's Wedding

The house was fantastic and well suited for our large family that were staying for our Son's wedding. Plenty of space and entertaining areas for all of us to stretch out without being on top of each other. Location was great, so close to town and the supermarket (Only 2 blocks and we walked there every day) plus the views from the top balcony were wonderful. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and furnishings & finishing touches were perfect. Front study kept our Grandson (2 &1/2 YO) entertained with all the toys and games. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here as it's such a wonderful house. We will be back again for another holiday for sure.

Functional floorplan for a couple of families staying together. Easy walk into town/ shops/ beach. Very clean, neat and tidy. An extremely enjoyable stay!!

Would NEVER EVER book through Stayz again. Still waiting for our large deposit (bond)to be deposited after the property owner gave the all clear for a refund. One week later. Would book this property but with Airbnb.

Loved spending the weekend at this property. So many living spaces, very spacious. Easily accommodated our family of 8, including young children. Great location - walking distance to shops in Port Arlington. Hope to be back.

Great location and a spacious house

We had a fabulous weekend away with family at Layz Dayz Beach House. There was plenty of room for all of us and the short walk to the Main Street, playgrounds and beach made out stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful house.
