Enjoy all that Hunter Valley resort living has to offer at Dogwood. This fabulous, contemporary home sits on The Vintage golf course overlooking the second fairway and just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse. The facilities at The Vintage include restaurant and bar, pool spa, tennis courts, gymnasium and of course the indulgent day spa at Chateau Elan. Unwind at Dogwood with the following bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 2 Queen beds with ensuite (top floor) Bedroom 2 1 King bed OR twin share Bedroom 3 1 King bed OR twin share Bedroom 4 6 single beds (4 bunks + 2 trundle) OR 1 King bed and 4 single beds (bunks) *** PLEASE NOTE: Bookings for up to 6 guests will have access to bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and 3 bathrooms. For 7+ guests will have access to all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. *** Theres so much to do at Dogwood, it may be difficult to tear yourself away but remember just minutes away is an array of fantastic cellar doors and restaurants ready to explore. Offering style and comfort for 6 14 guests, Dogwood is sure to become your group getaway favourite! Please note: Dogwood is a smoke free property. Wonderful property situated close to everything, everyone was very happy with their stay and the ease of access. The kitchen, loungerooms, bathrooms were all spacious and equipped to handle large groups. Lovely, warm and cosy with the gas fire when staying in.

Brilliant property!

Just stayed here for a girls weekend away. Property was fantastic - spacious and modern with all the amenities you could need. Loved the small touches like good quality hand wash, shampoo/conditioner etc... Beds were super comfy and the temperature of the house was easily controlled with ducted heating/cooling and a gas fireplace. Property was very quiet even though it is centrally located and a 2 minute walk to the Vintage clubhouse if you feel like eating out. Very well managed, easy to book and plenty of communication with an after hours number to call during your stay if you need anything. The added bonus of watching the kangaroos pass by in the morning and afternoon topped it all off. We will definitely be back!

Modern and spacious property!

I came with a group of friends for a short stay in Hunter Valley and found Dogwood to be an amazing property in a great location! The property itself has a very modern aesthetic and is extremely spacious - we had a group of 10 and could have definitely fit more people if it ever came to it. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. Dogwood was clean, and offered all facilities required to maintain it during our stay. Furthermore, access to the property was expediently and efficiently handled by the owner. The backyard is open and offers an amazing view at sunset. I recommend spending at least one sunset eating out the back! The property has plenty of natural light which really highlights the decor. All in all, it offers great value, is extremely spacious, clean and well-maintained - I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

excellent overall impression . well supplied and labeled easy to access to all .

very impressive entry and quiet neibourhood . with excellent surrounding facilities - the bistro was superb and it was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go . the home was inviting and well stocked , clean and relaxing . it did miss a little on the details / maintenance eg , the tv in the main room did not work, the remote control was well worn , the blinds in the bunk room were not working - we managed to fix those ...there was a fallen pot plant on the balcony near the BBQ , and a rusty old bin in one of the bathrooms .nothing disastrous but attention to small fixes would just make things in a holiday home that much more memorable and inviting for returns . one super bonus for us was the tesla charging port .. such an unexpected perk .we found the front door hard to open with the key . all in all a delightful stay . thank you

Perfect house for entertaining

We hosted our staff Xmas Party here with 10 people-ample Open & airy living spaces with enough room. Clean and tidy house & decorated very stylishly. Close to Harrigans where we had dinner one night. We were very impressed & will definitely book again!

Big home, big potential but big disappointment

We received an SMS 30 mins prior to checkin time with our keypad access, There was 10 of us + baby. We arrived, the place was massive, we parked our vehicles in the double bay garage, the garage had tesla vehicle charger. We went through the garage turned off the alarm. We were welcomed to a huge hallway, beautiful polished concrete flooring. I ventured into the kids room with 2 bunk beds on both sides of the room. Then was the dining room, the kitchen and lounge room all located on the other side that had beautiful views to the outside golf resort, everything was green and wide. We took a look at the other bedrooms, conveniently next to a bathroom, the upstairs master bedroom had 2 queens beds in the one room, this was a little different to the norm but still not a deal breaker. I was much looking forward to staying in this home, but unfortunately this was when this big homes flaws slowly descended upon my family. The clear skies were gone, a storm was brewing outside. There was a heavy downpour, strong winds. My wife was peaking through the windows next to the main door, at this point water outside came streaming under the door. The garage was flooded, water was reaching both bedrooms located at the entrance. I slipped and fell on the side of my bum. My wife called the emergency number for the home, a man answered and my wife frantically told him to come asap cause the front entrance and garage was flooding and it was slowly coming into the both bedrooms near the entrance. We noticed water had seeped through the front bedroom walls and onto the rugs. We opened the garage and the storm drain were blocked by leaves, we removed the leaves blocking the pipe, which slowly drained the water. The storm subsided and the flooding had stopped, the emergency contact had arrived and brought some towels and started mopping and cleaning. This was within 2 hours of checkin, the maintenance man just looked and shrugged as if there was nothing could be done, no apology or anything. To summarise everything. The whole home is beautiful but just suffers from poor quality maintenance. - Storm water was blocked by leaves - Cheap Kogan TVs in each room half did not work (kids room) - kitchen felt greasy and unclean - bathroom shelves were dusty - bed and pillow sheets smelt of musty odour. - remote controls had empty batteries. - dead bathroom lights - dead insects on rangehood - chipped cups So much potential but just a beautiful home in the wrong hands.

Peaceful location

Large living spaces allow plenty of room to spread out. Very pretty & peaceful overlooking the golf course

Perfect for girls weekend

Dogwood was beautiful! Perfect location, great layout & everything we could have needed for a girls weekend away. The location is fantastic - close to the spa, wineries & restaurants! Loved every minute of it. We'll be back.

Stunning, Spacious & Comprehensive Home Away from Home

Recently spent a weekend here for a girls weekend and was absolutely stoked with the accommodation and the facilities. So many things were provided and considered at Dogwood that I have never seen at any other accommodation option before. There was ducted airconditioning and split system air conditioners, a gas fire, a complete kitchen with pretty much any appliance you could think of and so much more. The couches / beds were so comfy and the surroundings were just beautiful. Even small things like Shampoo & Conditioner / Hand Wash & Moisturising Cream (all "Thank You" products), we barely had to unpack our overnight bags - it was all there! We were so happy with our stay, this has definitely lifted our standards for our next weekend away, we've been totally spoilt now!

Amazing modern house with lots of space!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! The house has everything you need for a perfect weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the sitting area by the kitchen was the perfect spot to sit and watch the kangaroos go by! The house is modern and stylish with beautiful high ceilings. The only down side was the gas fire place was broken however the manager was gracious enough to stop by and try and fix it for us. The oven is quite small when cooking for a lot of people so just that in mind when planing meals. I would not hesitate in coming back or recommending to others! Lastly the location couldn't be more perfect, just a 5 minute drive to some of the best wineries in the Hunter!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property

Very clean with modern facilities. Lots of room for every one. We stayed 2 days and wished we are able to stay longer. The booking process could be shorten to minimise back and forth reconfirmation to get into the property- received the access code 2 hrs prior to check in.

A very relaxing home in a brilliant location

Large home with plenty of space to relax with everyone or chill out on your own. The finishes are very contemporary with every conceivable appliance, gadget and latest technology at your fingertips. Great aspect looking out to the No 2 hole at the Vintage interspersed with loping kangaroos and chattering parrots in the foreground - wonderful

An excellent property for a group of adults and children to celebrate my brothers 30th. Everyone fell in love with the house and the beds we so comfortable. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in - well stocked. Will certainly come back
