Cette unité est située dans un endroit merveilleusement pratique du côté ouest du complexe. . La véranda fait face au 3ème trou du parcours de golf de Fazio. Asseyez-vous et regardez les golfeurs négocier ce parcours de classe mondiale, ou peut-être voudrez-vous sortir et essayer vos compétences!
Le condo est situé au 2ème étage. La chambre principale, 1 salle de bain complète, cuisine, salon et terrasse se trouve au niveau de l’entrée. À l'étage supérieur se trouve un grand loft ouvert avec deux lits et une demi-baignoire.
Notre unité est livré avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris les draps et les serviettes. La nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des plats, des casseroles / poêles, des ustensiles, des verres et plus encore.
Il y a un lit queen size confortable dans la chambre principale. À l'étage, dans le grenier, il y a deux lits, un double et un simple. Cette unité comprend une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. Il dispose de son propre parking désigné à quelques pas et d'un parking adéquat si nécessaire. Il y a une piscine pratique à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée, et le court de tennis est juste en face de la rue dans la communauté fermée.
L'emplacement de cette unité est à une courte distance de marche de la station balnéaire de Turtle Bay et de kilomètres de plages de sable blanc immaculées. Au complexe, vous pourrez profiter de leurs restaurants de classe mondiale, de leurs boutiques, de leur parcours de golf, de leurs balades à cheval, de cours d’exercice / de yoga, etc. Il y a aussi un sentier de marche / course qui longe la côte avec des vues à couper le souffle!
L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 à 15 minutes de route de certaines des plages de surf les plus célèbres du monde, notamment Sunset Beach, Pipeline et Waimea Bay! Regardez les vagues et les surfeurs les plus spectaculaires en hiver. Nagez et faites de la plongée en apnée dans le calme et la fraîcheur d'un océan cristallin en été. La ville historique de Haleiwa, qui a récemment fait l'objet d'un projet d'embellissement, a néanmoins conservé son charme d'antan. Great property! The air upstairs didn’t cool at all, but the second day we saw the a/c in the living room, and after that we stayed cool upstairs. The WiFi wasn’t working, so Sandra personally came out and called for us. Internet worked after that, but the tv still wouldn’t. That’s ok, though! We had enough exploring to do we didn’t need tv. Great property, host and location! Highly recommend!

Amazing condo. Our family of 4 had lots of space and perfect location to go adventuring every day. Close to beaches and with a rental car we explored a lot of the island with a comfortable home base. Host was quick to reply to any messages. Mahalo!

I love the location… Not too far from Laie, not too far from North Shore. It’s quiet and clean and convenient. AC worked great! We were never uncomfortable.My only suggestion is that there could be more lighting in the kitchen main area

I tried contacting the owner but my calls and texts failed. We left after one night’s stay. There was nothing elegant about this condo. It was. Old, needed updating. The towels were scratchy and thin, bugs in the bathroom light, rust on the towel holder., rug was frayed and falling apart in bathroom. The king bed was lumpy. Dust in corners. Fry pan was dirty and old. My husband was so disgusted that we had to move to the nearby hotel. I deserve a refund. I am a loyal VRBO user and never had this much trouble. Owner didn’t seem like she wanted contact from me. It was not a new bath. Towel holder upstairs was falling off the wall. Not adequate for 4 adults. Hot all the time, even tho it was only I. The low 70’s outside.

I'm a bit confused, I just checked the VRBO app and I did not have any emails, texts or calls from you. I would have certainly addressed any issues that you had if I had the chance. I will definitely do a walkthrough with my housekeeper to see if any improvements are needed. We are very proactive and like to take care of items as they come up or even before. We recently had a new shower and a/c installed.

This is a very nice property. It is equipped with everything from kitchen to beach and pool gear. Perfect for a family of 4. There are stairs and steps, and the loft's ac unit was a bit moldy. Overall, it was a positive experience.

KItchen was very well equipped. Pools were beautiful and very well maintained. There was even a tranquility pool on the property as well as two community pools.The air conditioning system broke which made it difficult for our 6 month old grandson to sleep but Sandra was very responsive and got the system fixed as quickly as she could. She compensated us an extra day at the end of our stay which was extremely helpful. I certainly would rate this her as a excellent host.

Excellent property! Convenient location in the North Shore. Comfortable beds/linens, fully stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear available for use, convenient community pool. This property is clean and the air conditioning worked great. The property manager communicated with us often to ensure we had no problems accessing the unit and provided clear check-in/check-out instructions. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay in Kulima estates...
This was an amazing property on the north shore. We got to experience everything we couldve hoped on our trip. From snorkeling with sea turtles to hiking and exploring the volcano and coastal trails. Our host was the best she kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a care free stay at an amazing place!

Perfect spot for a quite vacation on Oahu
We loved the location of the condo within walking distance of the Turtle Bay Resort. We enjoyed cooking meals in the modern kitchen, and we recommend updating the both bathrooms for future guests.
