Raven's Landing Studio - Escapade romantique avec vue spectaculaire!

Ravens Landing Studio est vraiment loin de tout. Au sommet d'une colline avec vue Ă  l'ouest des montagnes olympiques et de Puget Sound. Il fait face Ă  l'ouest donc il capte le soleil tard dans l'aprĂšs-midi. Nous terminons la journĂ©e avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Des kilomĂštres de sentiers pĂ©destres et cyclables. PĂȘche, kayak, peignage de plage, exploration et Ă  quelques minutes de la pĂ©ninsule Olympique. Bainbridge Island et Kingston ferries Ă  trente-cinq et vingt minutes. Excellent espace pour Ă©crire, peindre, se dĂ©tendre et rĂȘver. Raven's Landing Studio est un espace studio de 400 pieds carrĂ©s avec un lit confortable en taille rĂ©elle. L'espace est idĂ©al pour la plupart, mais si vous avez plus de six pieds, cela peut ĂȘtre un peu difficile. La plupart aiment la beautĂ© de l'espace et la taille n'a pas Ă©tĂ© un problĂšme.
Il y a une grande terrasse avec barbecue aux portes françaises. Bar Ă  manger, mini cuisine complĂšte avec micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, cafetiĂšre, four grille-pain, thĂ©iĂšre Ă©lectrique, Ă©vier de cuisine, vaisselle, cafĂ©, thĂ©, miel, crĂšme, etc. Petite table de bistrot devant pour le petit dĂ©jeuner du matin. Un kayak et un VTT sont disponibles. Granola, flocons d'avoine, lait et fruits frais sont complĂ©mentaires. Les sentiers de randonnĂ©e et de vĂ©lo sont Ă  quelques minutes. Point no Point Beach et Light House Ă  cinq minutes. Parc aquatique de Buck Lake Ă  cinq minutes. Épicerie et restaurant Ă  trois minutes. Nature Preserve Ă  cinq minutes. Excellente pĂȘche, chasse aux champignons et crabe en automne et en Ă©tĂ©.

Darcy’s place is an absolute gem in Hansville. Quiet with gorgeous Mountain View’s in a cozy col-de-sac. The space is artfully decorated, and was just enough space for a landing pad for our adventures. Check in was straight forward and easy.

Beautiful location! Best view of the entire Olympics Range I have ever seen.Quaint and very well planned out but small studio quarters.Cozy, comfortable bed. Stayed here while I was in town working. Beautiful view that never gets old. Darcy is easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again if I get so lucky.

Peaceful Get-Away

We had a peaceful stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the view outside the french doors was spectacular. We especially liked watching the birds visit the bird feeders. Owner was responsive.

Perfect for everything we needed

We stayed at Raven's Landing while attending a family reunion down the street and it was just perfect. It was close to the Hansville Store, Hood Canal, hiking trails and the family cabin. The cottage was very comfortable and the views from the deck were stunning. Darcy was a gracious hostess and very helpful.

Lovely and Peaceful

Gorgeous property landscaping and view. Attractively furnished and very clean. Perfect for one person or a couple w/zero interest in any cooking. Refrigerator is dorm room sized and and there is no umbrella to shade the deck from direct afternoon sun. Wonderfully quiet and very pretty place to stay. Kind and responsive host.

Lovely place to recuperate and find tranquility. Disappointed to discover no hot tub or even directions of where to locate said hot tub in her listing. If you post states that you have it please make sure you have it clearly marked and ready for client use. That was one of the reasons we booked here. The place was very lovely and quiet. Weekend Stay

The property itself is lovely and has a beautiful view. It is not set out away from other houses. While there is a separate entrance to the room, it is not a separate property. We were greatly uncomfortable that there was a shared wall with a door leading into the rest of the house, even though it was covered by a piece of cloth. In addition, the property was occupied which was NOT mentioned anywhere in the description, including open windows on the deck so there was no privacy. The indication that it is a romantic getaway is misleading as we were not alone, were fully aware of the two people on the property, and felt very uncomfortable to speak above a whisper. It should be clearly identified in the listing that it is an occupied/shared space so that people can take that into consideration when choosing to stay.

Beautiful space, exceptionally caring host

Darcy, the host, is an artist who designed and decorated this studio. It is beautiful and is in a beautiful area, overlooking a forest and the water. The bed faces the French style glass doors, which open onto a deck looking out over the gorgeous view. In addition, Darcy went all-out to ensure my comfort. When I arrived, I was greeted by a pretty basket with organic oatmeal, gluten free oats, milk, coffee, and honey. In addition, Darcy had gone out of her way to ensure that my pet allergies would not get triggered. Her cat had been in the space, so Darcy had cleaned it from top to bottom, beat the rugs outside, bought a brand new bedspread (because the cat had hung out on it), and even got an expensive air filter, to ensure that no dander was airborne. Wow! In addition, when she found out about my health regimen, she lent me her juicer and blender, so that I can make smoothies and fresh vegetable juice each day. Not only is the space beautiful and is Darcy fabulous, but the place is packed with amazing books. I could seriously hole up here for a couple of months and read them all. The themes are healing, art, and food. Then there's the claw foot soaking tub, which I have made regular use of. I have been living here for a month and have decided to stay on for another month. The place is comfortable and peaceful, and Darcy has become a friend.

Relaxing & Lovely

This was a charming studio, in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous views, anytime, especially sunset. As advertised, all the basic needed items are there, on a smallish scale, but PERFECT for one or two people Darcy is super friendly, totally enjoyed her ready smile, and, easy conversation. We explored the beaches... Mostly shells, lots of sand dollars, not so much actual sand, if that's your thing. Great to explore part of WA that I was not at all familiar with. Recommend short drive to Kingston for walking about and ice cream!

I love to get away for just a weekend to reset my outlook on life. I have hosted travelers in my studio in the past and loved the experience. I just opened a new Airbnb getaway, Raven's Landing this year. I am excited to welcome new people to our beautiful area!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this property because of the west facing view of the Olympics and Hood Canal. I love that it feels away from it all while it really is only twenty minutes to the Kingston/Edmond Ferry and forty minutes to the Bainbridge Island/Seattle Ferry. I designed this home and love to share the private studio with travelers.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Raven's Landing Studio is only minutes from Point no Point beach with miles of beach walking, I am also minutes away from Buck Lake for swimming in the summer as well as the Nature Reserve just down the road for a brief walk through the woods opening up to a drop dead gorgeous view of Hood Canal. There are also mountain bike and walking trails just up the road from my home. Fishing and kayaking are just minutes away. I have a hybrid mountain bike as well as a kayak that guests are welcome to use as well.
