Fabulous Accomodation

I come to Renmark every year to see clients and this is the first time I have stayed here and it will definitely not be the last, the place was ideal in location, cleanliness and the Pool looked amazing, unfortunately, due to work I didn't get a chance to try it out but I will next time. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location.Within walking distance to shops and pub/club.

We enjoyed our short stay and accommodation was clean and tidy. I wasn't happy regarding the bond. I thought it was excessive particularly for a 2 night stay for 2 adults and that the money was held for 7 days, well after we had left. The owner only lives 2 doors up so can easily see (and hear) if anything was amiss. Apart from that, location was great. Right across from the river and walking track and close to all facilities.

Hi Heather. Thankyou for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the location of the villa being so close to the Renmark Township and riverfront. Sorry to hear you weren't happy about the $450 bond payment. We have a set amount for the bond, no matter how many nights you stay (unfortunately some people can cause damage on the first night!). As our villas are premium and large homes, the bond has to be more substantial than what you would pay at a hotel room. The bond makes customers show more respectful of our properties, which in turn keeps our properties well maintained and well presented for future customers. The bond automatically releases after approximately 7 - 10 business days but this does depend on which bank your credit card is with. This hold time isn't determined by us unfortunately. Nice place and close to everything

Second time we’ve stayed, very comfortable. Although, unable to leave AC on whilst not in property - can make the house very hot during summer.

Over and above expectation

Wonderful new property a beautiful 5 minute walk from the centre of Renmark. Deanne makes the stay extremely easy with easy key collection. Place is fully self-contained and very private. Would recommend to any one going to Renmark needing accommodation.

Pleasant house by the river

Great place overall! Across the road from the river, just down the street from the core of Renmark. Interior of the house was new and well equipped. Only issue we had was that the bed had a gap in the middle.

Excellent property

We stayed in this property for a weekend. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked which was a bonus. It was a great location with a short stroll to activities and venues along the river. We would definately stay again!
