This was a great spot for a family of 4. It was a VERY short walk across Ski Hill Road to catch the bus and only 2 stops to Peak 8 base. The condo was clean, and had enough space for a quick 4 night stay. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay at Gold Camp II - it was the perfect spot for our weekend of skiing at Breckenridge! The house comfortably fit all three of us and we really appreciated the free shuttle to the mountain, which made it easy to come back for lunch. We would recommend this place to others!

We booked this property very last minute and boy did we get lucky. The overall location was unreal and the amenities were great. At no fault of the owners the hot tub was closed most of the visit but besides that I would highly recommend this place!

Customer Service is best we have seen
We are a family of 4 went to Breck to enjoy skiing. The location of the property could not be better, you can either walk to the slopes or a take a free bus for 2 stops (1 on the way back). We really enjoyed our stay and everything meat our needs. Customer server is impeccable!

I think the photos on vrbo doesn't show how amazing is the apartment, the spaces are big and clean. I would recommend to change the pillows on the property and the teakettle for one electric.

Great Price for the Location - Needs Better Upkeep
This unit is right across the street from a Gold Route bus stop, which is only 1 stop away from the Peak 8 base area. The hot tub is also very close to the unit, and overall, we were pretty happy with the price of the place. The 3rd floor views were decent and the place was very clean.
A few things we didn't like: I hate having to pick up the key and drop it back off at the leasing office - not sure why they haven't installed a lock with a keycode yet. Also, the beds were not very comfortable, the pillows are old, flat, and need to be replaced, and the toilet paper they provide is extremely cheap and rough. One of the leather chairs in the living room appears to be slightly broken, as it slumps when you sit on it. The window in the guest bedroom was drafty due to the window latch not closing completely, so keeping that room warm without overheating the rest of the unit was a challenge. In spite of all of its shortcomings, we would consider staying here for another guys snowboarding trip if the price is right because it is very close to the mountain.

Having rented this unit before we knew what to expect. This is a functional, well located and nice low end unit for a guys ski trip. Everything worked, the beds and furniture were functional and comfortable. These units are older but so well located i.e. directly across from the Gold Route bus pickup that the location is perfect. Walk 100 yards, get on the bus at 8:10 and you are on the lift by 8:30. The Hot Tubs are right downstairs so also very convenient and we used them several times. The kitchen is functional and we appreciated the ample wall post hooks for ski jackets and the cubbies in the foyer for gloves, goggles and other gear. The ski locker on the ground floor was nice although a dead bolt would benefit for security. I did notice deadbolts on the other adjacent lockers. Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a reasonable unit that is quite adequate for a ski trip where you need a well located, functional unit for up to 4 skiers. Additional people are possible in this unit but it would be crowded. There were three of us and it was perfect.

Perfect Stay for a family
We have friends with a timeshare at Breck and H119 was a great addition to the mix since it's only a 3 minute shuttle ride from the lodges. The unit itself is clean and it was very comfortable for us after big days on the slopes. We did cook daily and all amenities were working well, including the indispensable humidifiers. Our host was responsive to our needs and made us feel welcome. The washer/dryer are in the adjacent building so we didn't do it as frequently as normal.

Great location!
This condo is in a great location! we were able to take our 3 year old on a short single stop bus ride up the mountain. He also was able to walk it! Its set up well for a family. The condo is dated as noted by some of the other reviews. however, everything functions. the kitchen is fully stocked to be able to cook meals. we cooked 3 meals most days and didn't have any issues. I would bring your own pillows as I like a good fluffy pillow and most were very flat. Plenty of extra blankets and humidifiers which were nice coming from the humid south. I would recommend the rental group switch out for new mattresses. otherwise, GREAT location and works well!
