Lovely house, really beautifully fitted out, beds really comfortable, pool and spa were great. For a family get together ideal, loads of space. Rose was exceptional as a host, couldn’t thank her enough.

We were a group of 12 & we could not have been more happy with this fabulous house. Excelled our expectation. Roz the Manager was able to help us immediately with a query. Great position. Great house for all the family to enjoy with good size bedrooms new bathrooms, ensuite’s throughout. The children loved the pool and spa and the large dining table.

The host was helpful and prompt with communication. The house was clean, very well supplied, and had great amenities for both young and old, including plenty of toys and safety gates for young children. There had been a lot of rain prior to our stay, so there was some dampness in the movie room on the ground floor.

"An unforgettable property for a milestone celebration!"Wow—what an incredible property! I hosted my 70th birthday here with my family, and it was the absolute perfect place to celebrate.The house was huge and easily accommodated all of us. Everyone loved having their own spacious room with a big bathroom, and there was plenty of open space for us to gather together—or slip away for some quiet time when needed. It was an amazing place for my four grandsons (ranging from 3 to 16!) to have a blast.The spa and pool was a huge success for all to relax and have fun. Fully Equipped: The property had every single amenity we could possibly need,Spotlessly clean.The location could not be better—it was just a quick five-minute walk down to the village and right by the water, so we loved being able to walk straight along the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!Big thank you to Roz, Beachside Holidays for being so communicative and welcoming during our stay at Peregian Beach.

The home was beautifully presented and fully air conditioned. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped-the hosts provided us with quality cookware, crockery and appliances. The photos are completely representative of this lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location . Spacious accommodation for all the family. House was well equipped and very clean. Swimming pool was a good size and the games area and TV room was used on our one rainy day.

Fantasic Holiday House!

Great Family Fun

Lots of rain during our stay, but the property catered for all sorts of activities for our group of 12 - kids had a blast. We all had our own spaces to relax and enjoyed the short walk to the village and surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay with extended family in this very well equipped house. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together or break away in smaller groups. It was walking distance to both beaches and shops which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Family Time

We had a wonderful time at The Peregian Beach House. The pool and spa were great fun for everyone. Everyone felt comfortable in their beautiful bedroom with an ensuite. Nice walk to the shops and beach. All enjoyable!

Family Get Together

Peregian Holiday House was a perfect venue for our family get together the house is very spacious and well equipped, well located being close to Peregian, Coolum and Noosa. The only negative was the weather gods weren’t kind to us for the first half of our stay ,however this didn’t affect the great time we all had catching up.

Ideal large group beach holiday

4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Peregian Beach. The house is ideally located close to the beach and the beautiful village of Peregian Beach, including great coffee, dining and shopping. The house is as described and enabled us to enjoy group activities as well as offering quiet spaces to escape as required. The pool and hot tub provided plenty of opportunities for much needed relaxation as did the cinema room.
