Rez de chaussée, appartement autonome.
Lumière Vivante et lumineux salon avec 2 queen chambres, salle de bains et la cuisine.
Absolute front de mer avec des pistes cyclables et des parcours de marche sur le pas de la porte avant, vous tenant du centre-ville et les autres plages environnantes.
Courte distance de marche ou en voiture de restaurants et de boutiques.
Jolie ville côtière 1 heure de route de Adelaide CDB, en passant par McLaren Vale et d'autres régions viticoles célèbres.
Un court trajet en voiture à de grandes plages de surf, golf, observation des baleines (en saison).
Très heureux d'accueillir votre petite membre de la famille à quatre pattes. Ils auront accès à un petit jardin clos arrière mais aussi heureux pour eux d'être à l'intérieur, si bien éduqués.
Je suis également heureux de fournir des vins et fromages plateaux etc à l'arrivée à votre demande moyennant un supplément. Informez-moi uniquement vos besoins de restauration.

Peaceful

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay. The outlook onto the ocean was perfect. We spent hours sitting out the front, the sea breeze gently washing over us, the only noise were the waves lapping at the shore. We only wish we could've stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to unwind.

Great spot

Great spot facing the water. Loved going for walks along the beach with our lil fur baby. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Was so nice to see all cruelty free soap, shampoo, conditioner etc to use as well. Didn't feel comfortable leaving our fur baby in the back yard as looks to be shared with other attached/upstairs unit/s. Thankyou for the lovely time. Will have to come back and stay longer next time too 🙂

Thank you Marie...the upstairs unit is only used occasionally by myself so the back garden is very safe for your pup.

Our April stay.

Just what we wanted.... we felt instantly relaxed on entering. Nice to be able to have our whippies with us... they loved it!! Open, clean and light feeling to the space and great small back enclosure for dogs. Only downfall was that we couldn't get the DVD to work as we had a collection of movies we intended to watch... but heh! We are booked in again next year. Sharon and Mark.

Lovely Apartment.

Property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed and more! Jane the owner responded to my questions very quickly before our trip. We had a wonderful few nights only wish we could have stayed longer.

Charming apartment with everything you need.

Lovely position with nice view of the sea, walk to cafe for coffee. I feel very safe and it’s like home away from home.

Cosy but needs a few things cleaned and altered.

Would have liked a slightly bigger table so at least two people can sit at it and have their dinner. Tv extremely small. Would have liked bushes in front cut down a bit to give a view of the ocean. Cleanliness was lacking in shower, mould on grouting, toilet under rim badly needed a scrub and kitchen sink I scrubbed immediately I moved in.

Both of us love staying there and will book again again

Only little complaint DVD player would not always work. Noticed small stain on carpet entering both bedrooms (our dog is not allowed into bedrooms)just thought I would mention it Regards Merv Luke.

Encounter Bay Appartments

The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed . My mom is wheel chair bound and they told us it was wheel chair friendly and it certainly was . The beach was just across the road , it was a great location. Very pet friendly . A great stay was had by all of us .

Such a lovely and relaxing spot right on the water.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and a perfect view! We spent a lot of our time on the front patio enjoying the water view and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thank you for our stay.
