Passez des vacances luxueuses et abordables dans cette magnifique maison de vacances de style Hampton, située dans l’emplacement privilégié de Dicky Beach. Il n’est qu’à quelques pas des rives de sable blanc et des eaux patrouillées de Dicky Beach et à quelques pas d’un quartier animé de cafés.

Non seulement cet établissement accepte les animaux domestiques, mais un grand parc pour chiens est situé de l'autre côté de la rue, avec des plages sans laisse également à proximité.

Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, la maison de quatre chambres, trois salles de bain et deux étages offre beaucoup d'espace et des espaces de vie ouverts, parfaits pour les familles et les amis.

Il ne manque pas de place pour les réceptions, avec une vaste terrasse extérieure et un barbecue pour dîner ou regarder les enfants s'amuser dans la grande piscine creusée. Le vrai gagnant pour les plus petits sera l'impressionnante maison cubby située à l'extérieur, qui les divertira pendant des heures et créera des souvenirs inoubliables pour toute la famille.

D'autres plages, telles que celle de Moffat et celle de Kings Beach, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture, offrent un divertissement unique chaque jour.

The house was beautiful, had everything you could need for a holiday stay. Quiet neighbour but within walking distance of patrolled beach and shops. Large supermarket 5 minutes drive. One surprise was having to make all the beds on arrival. Highly recommend staying here.

The downstairs room smelt of dog but airing the room helped each day. It was a great house in terms of layout for 8 people, very well resourced kitchen and within walking distance to beach. We loved the swimming pool and outdoor verandah area upstairs.

Well equipped relaxing stay

The pool was spectacular. Great beach and shops within 10 minute walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone. Two families stayed comfortabl, kitchen was well equipped, best ever in a stayz place

After 3 years of my cancer journey I decided I needed and wanted a holiday at my favourite beaches up the coast. And it was wonderful. The weather was hit and miss but because the house had wonderful outdoor decks it was great for friends visiting also. My dog a border collie settled in so well. The house was so well stocked. Had everything you could possibly need apart from a vacuum cleaner as my dog drops hair. I felt bad about that. My granddaughters loved the pool and playhouse and so many games when it was raining. Shops are convenient. Dog beach is a 2 minute drive and my dog loved it. Even neighbours were so friendly. I will definitely tell others who are looking for a wonderful holiday home. And would love to go back again. 10 out of 10.

Amazing retreat

The property was well sized, extremely clean, large and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 large bedroom downstairs. My only feedback to the owner is to leave a cloth for dishes and a small soap, shampoo and conditioner. And perhaps some local tourist information, map, restaurant menus etc Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, thank you ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great location, great house!

Property was amazing, really nice space, upstairs living/dining/kitchen with 2 double rooms and 1 twin, downstairs has the big en-suite and second living room area. Property was clean, all utensils etc available, games/books etc for the kids which was fantastic. We didn’t use the pool as it was cold and with no shallow end the kids weren’t able to go in alone, but the play area was ideal for our 3 and 6 year old. Thank you so much!

Great house for large family

We had a fantastic time, perfect for 4 adults and kids, lots of space and the pool was a hit for our 6, 10 & 12 year old. The trolley was very helpful getting to the beach every day. Dicky beach is beautiful with a nice small row of shops nearby. Everything was perfect other than the beds weren't made even though linen is provided and no hand soap provided. The keys to the house are in Caloundra which wasn't ideal either. Otherwise I would have given all 5 stars.. thanks for a fantastic stay

Great choice

We had a great stay, in spite of the weather. The house was comfortable and spacious and an easy walk to the beach and local shops. There was a problem with no hot water one morning but it was sorted out very quickly after a phone call to the agents. The pool doesn't have a shallow end which made it not so convenient for children.

Long Weekend Stay

The house area was perfect for our needs. However it was very disappointing to have travelled all day to arrive at the house and have to make our beds and then strip them before leaving, this was not explained in the original advertising. No dishwasher tablets provided, 1 garbage bag in the kitchen, a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other B an B's we have stayed in both here and in New Zealand have provided all this and more, we have never had to make our beds on arrival or remove bedding when leaving. The Real Estate was not easy to contact at all, and was extremely slow in returning emails or phone calls. Check in process was not clear and 2 other families had similar issues when we went to pick up keys. I had asked for early check in and was put off and then it was forgotten about. We will not be using this Real estate again if it connected to B and B's in this area.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we do appreciate the 4 stars. However, I’d like to clarify a few points for the benefit of future guests who may read your feedback. Throughout your booking and stay, we provided prompt and helpful communication. On your check-in day, I personally spoke with you when you arrived to collect the keys and were unsure about the check-in process (specifically the lockbox codes). As discussed, your check-in email had been sent in advance, and you acknowledged during our call that you had not read it in full. I also returned your call within 30 seconds of the missed call. Another guest collecting keys at the same time mentioned their email had gone to their junk folder — something that can occasionally happen. We always recommend checking spam or junk folders just in case. That said, the check-in instructions are clearly outlined in the confirmation email. Regarding linen, the property description clearly states: “Linen Included – this property comes supplied with all linen, but the beds are not made.” We make every effort to provide accurate and transparent information at the time of booking, and unfortunately, we can’t be responsible if key details are overlooked. We’re always happy to assist and are pleased we could respond promptly during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback.

Wow what a wonderful property

Unfortunately when we initially opened the door to the property we were hit with a wet dog smell (this is a pet friendly property) we aired out the house and that smell didn't return for the duration of our stay. We had so much area and the teenagers loved having their own rooms/retreat. We absolutely loved the pool. We wanted to live there and wish our stay had been longer. Would definitely stay again.
