Profitez d'un morceau de paradis au Soleil 01, ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain est très bien situé et offre à ses clients un accès privilégié au golfe du Mexique et aux plages de sable blanc. Ce condo confortable dispose de tout le confort de la maison, l'endroit idéal pour créer des souvenirs inoubliables avec votre famille et vos amis lorsque vous découvrirez l'île de South Padre.

Commencez votre journée en dégustant une tasse de café sur la terrasse privée alors que le soleil matinal réchauffe votre peau et que la brise de la mer embrasse votre visage au passage. Après le petit-déjeuner, promenez-vous le matin sur la plage pendant que les vagues dansent le long du littoral. Dans l’après-midi, détendez-vous au bord de la piscine et retrouvez une lueur ensoleillée. Dans la soirée, promenez-vous le long de Padre Blvd pour profiter de la vie nocturne.

La lumière naturelle réchauffe le salon. La salle ouverte est un espace idéal pour que toute la fête passe du temps ensemble confortablement. Dans l'après-midi, prenez une pause pour prendre une collation tout en vous prélassant sur le canapé confortable. Dans la soirée, installez-vous confortablement sur l'un des quatre ottomans personnels pendant que vous regardez un DVD ou un VHS sur le téléviseur à écran plat monté de manière ajustable.

Préparer les repas est un jeu d'enfant dans la cuisine bien approvisionnée. Profitez des superbes comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable pour exercer votre expertise culinaire dans la préparation de vos plats préférés. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, 2 places supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner.

La spacieuse chambre principale est l'endroit idéal pour faire une pause après une journée bien remplie. Reposez-vous sur le confortable lit king-size ou reposez-vous sur le canapé moelleux au pied du lit tout en regardant une émission sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat. Offre beaucoup de rangement pour vos effets personnels dans les tables de chevet, la commode multi-tiroirs et le petit dressing. Peut accéder au patio non meublé par les portes françaises.

Prenez soin de vous dans la salle de bain attenante, a une belle vanité en granit avec espace de rangement ci-dessous et au-dessus des toilettes pour vos effets personnels. La belle douche à l'italienne carrelée avec siège intégré est accueillante en fin de journée pour rincer le sable salé d'une journée fantastique à la plage.

La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits doubles, pour vous assurer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Possède un espace pour ranger vos effets personnels dans la table de chevet à 3 tiroirs et le grand placard. Les clients séjournant dans cette chambre apprécieront la télévision à écran plat. Dans la matinée, rafraîchissez-vous dans la salle de bains spacieuse avec une belle coiffeuse en marbre et des rangements pour les articles de toilette. Comprend un combo baignoire / douche en mosaïque, idéal pour se détendre dans un bain moussant chaud afin de détendre vos muscles fatigués à la fin d'une journée remplie de plaisir.

La cour privée clôturée et ornée de feuillages tropicaux est partagée avec les sept autres unités dans les bâtiments quadruples. Des chaises longues entourent la piscine étincelante pour vous aider à obtenir une lueur embrassée par le soleil pendant que vous vous allongez et admirez la brise marine. Manquant le sable entre vos orteils, la plage est à quelques pas de l'autre côté de la rue.

Si vous décidez de quitter le Soleil 01 Condominium pour manger un morceau ou explorer les boutiques, vous serez à quelques pas de la rue principale, Padre Blvd. Il y a plusieurs grands restaurants à des prix raisonnables. Les habitants de la région aiment Manuels (argent comptant et fermé le lundi) ou Café Isabel pour le petit déjeuner et Marcello, Pirate's Landing ou Dirty Al's pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. Pour vivre des aventures plus loin sur l'île, profitez du transport gratuit de la ville sur The Island Metro. Voir l'horaire de métro d'île ici. Au nord de l'île, rencontrez des tortues de mer chez Sea Turtle Inc. Observez différentes espèces d'oiseaux et d'alligators au Centre mondial d'observation des oiseaux de South Padre Island. Quelques kilomètres plus au nord se trouve le parc Island Adventure, où vous pourrez faire de l'équitation et tyroliser au-dessus des dunes. En direction du sud, le parc aquatique Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark propose des jeux d’eau et des manèges extérieurs et intérieurs. Our condo was on a corner lot directly across from the beach access which was fantastic. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. Keeping the sand cleaned up is a daily task. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. There was a maintenance issue with the garbage disposal and one of the dining room chairs was broken and just pushed up against the table. We reported it and maintenace responded very quickly. The Maintenance Man was very nice, very quick and efficient. We definitely plan on coming back for future trips.

Great location and good space for families

We enjoyed our stay at Soleil01. So convenient to the beach and walking right over. Also close to all activities and restaurants. 3 of our 5 nights we we even walked to nearby popular restaurants. Perfect space for our family of 6, ranging kids ages 14 to 5.

The property was exactly what we expected. It's ground level, easy access, no lobby, quiet neighborhood. Super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything for cooking for two. The property manager was easy to reach and helped us with all our needs.

Nice hideaway

Location was perfect for me. Lots of room and kitchen tools I needed to make a dish for family Thanksgiving. Check in was easy. A brief issue with the garbage disposal and water service was remedied quickly and attentively, despite the holiday, which I very much appreciated!

Quick Weekend Trip

The house was amazing! We went for a quick summer weekend trip. I loved that it was such a close walk to two beach access points. The pool was smaller than we are used to but we spent the majority of our time at the beach! I loved that is was right down the street from the Dollar General (walking in distance) that came in handy. I would only change the fact that you have to go to an off site location to check in sort of dated and pointless, considering everything can be done over the phone and with coded entry. The pictures are accurate, it was very clean except for the couch has some stains, it should be changed to a beach friendly couch. The kitchen is stocked pretty well, maybe add a crockpot? The sound bar wasn’t working in the master bedroom. All in all It’s very spacious and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean but I was never able to connect to WiFi and cable kept freezing up on us. The master bedroom sink had a drain problem.

I am so glad to see the condo was very clean, I know how important cleanliness is for me and my family when we travel. I am happy to see we were able to meet the high cleaning standards we set. I am so sorry you had an issue with the WIFI and cable box, if it had been reported we could have remotely reset the equipment to bring it back online very quickly. I am happy to let you and all our upcoming guests know everything is working and we have checked and cleared all drains. storm shutters were down; condo was dark. trash in the grass near the pool, including broken glass, made the area unsafe. old blinds on the windows were difficult to work. condo needs to be painted inside; colors are horrific.

We had a great time!

The property was great, however, I chose this property over a hotel because we planned on cooking during our stay. Every other VRBO I’ve stayed in supplied things like seasonings. This one did not. There was also nothing to clean with, like chlorox wipes. There were no curtains over the patio doors in the master bedroom and the storm shutters did not work. The master bedroom was very bright.

Great location

The property was good. Tons of seating for a small condo. Location was perfect. So close to the beach. However, I don't feel that in-person check-in are necessary any longer. Most companies can take care of those logistics electronically now. The condo lost power for about an hour during Day 2 and for over 5.5 hours on Day 3. While not the management company's fault, it would have been helpful if they would have shared communications about the outage and the expected duration. In fact, when I called to report and ask if they had any updates, I never even received a returned call.
