Situé dans le quartier de Shirlington à Arlington. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de discothèques dans un kilomètre et demi de Shirlington Village. Nous sommes proches de quelques grandes autoroutes et vous aimerez la proximité de tout ce qu’il ya à Arlington / Alexandria / Washington DC. Pour les touristes, votre seulement 15 minutes de tous les monuments et musées que Washington DC a à offrir.

La maison est un duplex de 1750 m² avec trois chambres, deux salles de bains et demi avec garage privé et allée. A l'étage, il y a trois chambres à coucher, Master avec un lit queen, une avec un lit queen et une avec un lit jumeau.

La maison a des comptoirs en granit, de belles salles de bains, un plancher de bois franc et tous les nouveaux appareils. Garage pour une voiture, avec de la place pour deux autres voitures dans l'allée.

I rented this unit for my stepfather's interment at Arlington. This place was convenient and met the description. It was a nice quiet street while we were there. The single car driveway was long enough that both of our rental cars (SUVs) were fine. We did not use the attached garage and there was street parking if needed. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs. This was not unexpected and we had an octagenarian and a couple of septagenarians who were able to handle it just fine. That said, they are all in good shape, especially for their ages. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Excellent location and easy check-in. Although it is in a busy neighborhood, the townhouse was amazingly quite. As other commenters have stated there are some steep stairs to get into the property, which was not an issue for our party. The washer and dryer was nice for a week long stay and the place was equipped well. There is a walking and running trail within a short distance of the property, which was great. I would definitely stay again.

This townhouse was as advertised and more! The rooms were large and comfortable with plenty of space to unwind before and after family events in Arlington. Also, the location was great, with access to the grocery, church and restaurants. The host provided snacks and must have had advance notice of my ice dependency as there was a bowl of ice in the freezer ready to chill my favorite beverages during this hot weekend.The only bit of advice I would give to our host is to somehow illuminate the house number. We arrived later than expected--after dark--and I am afraid I gave several neighbors a scare as I ran up the steps on two other homes to check the house numbers.I hope I didn't cause too much anxiety in the neighborhood because of this. The third time was a charm and we were easily 'home.'

Very clean house, close to Shirlington. It met all of our basic needs - it was close to our son’s house and had two beds and two baths. The neighborhood was a bit run down yet seemed safe. We would stay here again.

When we arrived, the housekeeper had not turned off the alarm so our first 20 minutes in the home was listening to an alarm going off. The police showed up and I had to prove I was indeed allowed to be in the home. The host didn't answer our call, but he did answer when the police called him. This led me to never be able to relax in the house. There are also alarms in the bathrooms so the first time my son took a shower the alarm was going off within 5 minutes of him starting his shower. I don't think any of us ever truly felt comfortable we were just waiting for the next alarm to go off.The good things about this house are the off-street parking, quiet neighborhood, and seeing fox in the back yard. This house is fine if you need the basics., just make sure to ask the host if the alarm has been turned off prior to entering the home.

Great location

We were in the Washington DC area for a few days with our family and this was a great spot. It was a short drive into DC for the tourist spots and was a quiet neighborhood where we could relax and sleep in. Will definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to DC.

This was a great place to stay with my kids during our visit. Quiet neighborhood and the birds are amazing. We listened to them all day. The host was very accommodating with our unusual check-in/out schedule. It's very close to the bus route for sightseeing! Buy a Metro card before you get here if you're out of state. So much easier. (The stop is just a few minutes walk. Bus 77 S Walter Reed Dr NB @ S Pollard ST FS to N Highland St NB at 11th St N FS. Right in front of Mister Days. Walk up just bit to the Clarendon Metro Station. Take the Orange line going toward New Carrolton to the Smithsonian stop. Reverse to come home. Take the Orange line going towards Vienna, get off at Clarendon, and catch the 77 on the other side of the street from Mister Days. )We had a great stay here and it was wonderful to have laundry on-site. Driveway is a bit steep for low bottom cars so be careful pulling in and out.Thanks for making our stay comfortable!

This was a nice place, but a ton of stairs and it was a lot for my dad (79). We had deers come through the backyard which was amazing to see! The pots and pans need to be upgraded and the tub didn’t drain well. I would suggest having new sponges for each guest for the kitchen. The sponge that was there had seen its better days, and the two others under the sink were just as bad. I went and bought my own sponge so I could wash the dishes before I used them. I wish the bedrooms had tvs since there was only one smaller one in the living room.
