Maison à deux étages parfaite pour une grande famille ou deux familles voyageant ensemble. Retraite à l'étage avec lit queen size, TV, canapés et salle de bains. Il y a une autre télé et des jeux en bas des escaliers. Il y a 3 chambres en bas, une avec un lit queen size, une avec un lit superposé - lit double en bas et simple au-dessus et enfin une petite chambre avec un ensemble de lits superposés. Toutes les chambres ont des climatiseurs. Le salon en bas a un feu de bois. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une machine à café à dosettes. La cour est entièrement fermée pour assurer la sécurité des enfants et des animaux. A 5 minutes à pied d'une plage adaptée aux enfants ou laissez la voiture et promenez-vous en ville et profitez de l'un des fantastiques cafés de San Remo. Un court trajet en voiture à Phillip Island et toutes ses attractions ou faites la fantastique promenade côtière de George Bass à Kilcunda et prenez un délicieux repas au magasin général. L'alimentation quotidienne du pélican à San Remo est un incontournable pour les enfants.

We loved our stay at pet friendly San Remo. The house was comfortable, relaxed and well appointed. Its location is easy walking distance to San Remo back beach and upstairs has lovely views out to the water.

Overall the place was clean but there was evidence that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed very well. E.g there were a couple of dog toys under the sofa and dirton floor downstairs.Linen was stripped and placed in the linen bag as per instructions, but we felt this was unusual in light of the daily rate.Kitchen- not sure if milk was to be in the fridge. Found some in a drawer later but had already purchased someSatchels of instant coffee would assist as not everyone wants coffee pods.

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the little Valentine’s surprise — we like to leave small touches like chocolates to help guests feel welcome when they arrive. Our family beach house in San Remo is something we’ve tried to set up as a relaxed, comfortable place where families, friends, and their pets can spend time together. The size of the house means there’s plenty of room for groups to spread out, and being pet-friendly allows guests to bring the whole family along, which many people really appreciate. One of the things guests tend to love most is the location. San Remo is a beautiful coastal town with easy access to beaches, coastal walks, fishing spots, cafés, and of course the bridge over to Phillip Island. It’s a great base for exploring the area while still enjoying a quieter seaside atmosphere. We’re really pleased you stayed with us and hope you had a relaxing time enjoying both the house and everything the local area has to offer. We’d be very happy to welcome you back again in the future.

Had a great long weekend. The house had a lived in feel which is perfect when you have furry sand filled dogs in your company. There was an array of books, games tvs to amuse us. The kitchen was well stocked and location location.. 500 metres from the beach!!

An authentic classic beach house in a great position. Spacious and welcoming with a warm relaxed atmosphere. The layout is great with a large living/dining area plus the wrap-around sunroom - plenty of room. The wood fire worked really well, plenty of wood was provided, and the heaters were also very effective on cold nights. The house was very clean on arrival, and full of thoughtful touches - we enjoyed the chocolates. Plenty of books, indoor and outdoor games, binoculars, Alexa, two TVs, CDs and stereo. The beds were comfortable with quality linen and towels, and the two bathrooms were an added bonus. Perfect set up for our dog too, the fully fenced yard is very secure. The location is excellent, short distance to the dog beach and San Remo village. Highly recommended

Excellent, the hosts Paul and Belinda were great, very accommodating, the house was perfect for us and our dogs. We had a great time, easy walk to the shops and beach. We will be telling all our friends what a great place it is to stay.

A relaxing long weekend in a great location

We were delighted to stay in a large house, well equipped for everyone, with delightful views and expansive, private outdoor area. A pleasant walk to the beach and at low tide, a beach walk to the village centre. We loved it so much, we have booked again.

Fantastic pet-and-family friendly accommodation

Great views, lots of games etc for the kids, comfy beds, everything we needed for our short stay. The upstairs bedroom views were so lovely! Close to the beach and town. Was amazing for our dog as well-she loved it!

Older style house from outside but very comfy inside with lovely wood fire. Great hosts and to supply wood for fire and linen for beds and showers much appreciated,. Walking distance to park and dog beach and main shops was a bonus, Very comfy stay thank you guys

We love this property. It has a relaxed vibe with everything you need for a lovely break. San Remo is a treasure, fantastic in its own right but close to all that Phillip Island has to offer. There are great local cafes and the walk to town via the beach is awesome.
