Great property, very friendly host, our family, including the 4 legged ones, all loved it.Easy access to everything, close to the beach and shops. short drive to Tourist attractions, we would definitely come back.

Very well equipped with absolutely everything you will need. Very cozy with good heating and fire firewood for cold nights. And stunning views across the bay towards Hobart (although you can't see the city). Thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay near Hobart.

Coastal Carlton

Comfortable and clean home located in an ideal location to visit Port Arthur, Hobart, Richmond, etc. Dodges Ferry Pub great place for a meal and a drink. Close to Sorrel to stock up on all of your needs.

A brilliant stay at Little Rocks

Have stayed at Little Rocks on a number of occasions now and the property has become the preferred meeting point for family from the north and south of Tasmania. A relaxed and comfortable property (close to a wonderful beach!) and communication with the host has been easy and positive. Definitely looking forwards to the next visit.

Comfortable home

This property is in a peaceful suburb and met our needs nicely. Well stocked kitchen, a fireplace that worked well (would be nice to have kindling and wood to hand in the house)-and comfortable beds. Fiona responded to our questions quickly.

Carlton stay

We had a nice time in Carlton beach The kitchen was great to cook in and entertain family. The heating could have been more substantial for Northern visitors, just having a wood heater was not enough

Peace and tranquility at Carlton

Superb property with modern conveniences, warm and cosy with magnificent views of the ocean, and surrounded by bush land and gorgeous trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property where we had all we needed, with shopping centres and a magnificent beach 5 mins away. Mostly. we enjoyed the location which is peaceful and quiet, and availed us a most relaxing and comfortable stay.
