Seulement 5 minutes (un peu plus d'un mile) aux magasins, restaurants et cafĂ©s du District Alphabet (NW 23Ăšme), le centre-ville et Pearl. PrĂšs de OHSU et PSU. Le duplex 1400 pieds carrĂ©s infĂ©rieur est disponible toute l'annĂ©e et dispose d'un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, deux ponts avec le site vues jusqu'Ă  Conseil Crest, exposition sud pour le soleil toute la journĂ©e, deux chambres avec lits queen, un pli vers le bas canapĂ© lit pour deux personnes dans le salon, une belle salle Ă  manger pour 8 personnes, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et un trĂšs grand salon. IdĂ©al pour les rĂ©unions de famille pour des vacances, mariages, obtention du diplĂŽme, etc. Le voisinage immĂ©diat offre une excellente marche, le jogging et le vĂ©lo le long des rues bordĂ©es d'arbres remplis de belles vieilles maisons Portland. Conseil Crest (point le plus haut de Portland) et Washington Park Rose Garden sont Ă  20 minutes Ă  pied. Le Vista Spring Cafe se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied et Ă  proximitĂ© de l'arrĂȘt de bus de la ligne 51. En hiver, notre mangeoire attire 15 variĂ©tĂ©s d'oiseaux ainsi que les Ă©cureuils et les tamias. Maison dispose Ă©galement d'un 7 pieds Mason Hamlin Piano qui est disponible pour les pianistes sĂ©rieux avec un prĂ©avis. Une guitare est accessible Ă  tous. Keith et Rocio sont vos hĂŽtes. Nous vivons dans le haut de duplex. Nous sommes calmes et travaillons Ă  temps plein mais amical et utile si vous avez besoin de nous. Par rĂšglement de la ville, notre occupation maximale est de 5 nuits. House est Ă©quipĂ© d'un cĂąble de base + HBO uniquement (apportez vos livres ou votre tablette pour netflix) et il y a une fournaise Ă  gaz, mais aucun climatiseur car les Ă©tĂ©s de l'Oregon ont tendance Ă  ne pas ĂȘtre trĂšs chauds. Nous fournissons des ventilateurs pour apporter de l'air frais le soir pendant les journĂ©es chaudes.

The house was very close to downtown Portland as well as Washington Park. Home is beautiful and in great shape. Keith is an excellent host, very engaging and just a nice guy.

The property was furnished comfortably and with much charm. It was homey and better than home in some ways, it felt like a retreat. The neighbourhood was fantastic, good walks to see homes with character, unique gardens and great views of the mountains. The host was personable and warm, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. As music lovers, our two sons were offered the privilege of playing the precious piano placed in the unit. Altogether it was a wonderful stay to remember. Thank you Keith and Rocio.

Keith was responsive on the TV-it was unplugged haha. The house was very clean. I was able to check in a little early. And from the rain we had to wash our hoodies and and Keith worked that out for us. Overall recommend the property. Keith was a great host. Ohhh and parking was easy!

The stay was very frustrating for my daughter. The owner failed to tell her about a PLANNED power outage, scheduled for the first day of her stay, until the night she checked in at 8:00 p.m. This was completely unacceptable. If she were told of this when the owner was notified by Portland Gas and Electric (most likely a couple of weeks prior to her arrival), she would have canceled the reservation and found another place to stay.There is a basic expectation by renters to have essential utilities available, such as power, internet if advertised in VRBO, water, etc. Going to a coffee shop to work was not an option due to the unsecure internet there.This caused tremendous issues for her as she could not work remotely that first day as planned. This resulted in work delays and her getting docked hours, thus a loss of pay. Honestly, we are furious about it.We feel VRBO should contact the owner and demand one day of rent be refunded.

This home was over-the-top fabulous. It had everything we needed plus more. The neighborhood was fabulous. The host responded very quickly. I would highly recommend the Dutch colonial home. Very convenient to all things. We will be back!

We stayed for a week with our family of 4 and the most useful things to know would have been that the bedroom layout is not traditional, bedroom curtains do not provide darkness, and laundry is coordinated through the owner (not truly full access to a washer/dryer). One bedroom is off a hallway but the other is perhaps a former office/study and in order to access the hallway with bathroom traditional bedroom you need to pass through the "2nd bedroom". It's a very sweet house in a good location and the owners are very nice.

Wonderful location- in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to downtown (once you navigate windy roads and great views). Cotta coffee is just a few blocks over - a coffee shop run out of a house’s garage!Keith is a wonderful host and has appointed the apartment with the greatest assortment of art. The deck off the living room is a great spot. The bedrooms require a group that is friendly with one another - access from the back bedroom to the kitchen and front room is through the second bedroom - but it worked well for our group of collegiate runners in town for the Portland Track Festival.I’ll be ba k here again next time I’m in Portland - with or without a group of runners!

Beautiful quiet location. Great deck for morning coffee. Lots of natural lighting. Whatever you need in a kitchen you’ll find there. Owner had many helpful recommendations for dining spots, places to see, and walks and hikes to take. Many brochures and maps to help with planning. Lots of unique pieces and artwork in the unit. No shortage of books to read/look through.

Close to OHSU

Close to the hospital. House is spacious and equipped with a full kitchen. Parking is a bit of an issue. If you get there before the homeowner you have to move your vehicle so they can plug there car in. There are steps to get up to the house or a steep walkway coming down from the street above so probably not good for people that have mobility issues

We had a sporting event at Multnomah Athletic Club and the house was in a perfect location only minutes away. Had all the amenities we needed. Great neighborhood central to the zoo and many other activities.

Lovely property in a desirable area

We felt very lucky to find this property in an area close to the apartment of the family member we were visiting and in such a nice area. The host was very accommodating and responsive and the property was as described or even better! The kitchen and dining room were fully outfitted and spacious so that we were able to host a small gathering of family and friends for brunch instead of having to go to a restaurant which would have been difficult for one of the attendees.

Just amazing

This July we spent 4 days as guests of Keith and Rocio in Portland. The location of the apartment, its facilities and the hospitality and attentiveness of Keith and Rocio were just great. Almost like an oasis, we were able to relax in the apartment with its wonderful terrace away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Portland. There is even a great Italian restaurant within walking distance and within a few minutes by car you can be downtown or in Washington Park (the beautiful recreational area in the hills above Portland). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if the opportunity arises!

Comfortable bungalow

The place was perfect for me and my two sisters. Very comfortable and safe. However it was difficult to find with the twisting roads and closeness of the homes. Also, the roads were very narrow and steep making it difficult navigating the area.

We are happy to share travel tips in our beautiful state. The house comes with a 7 ft Mason and Hamlin grand piano. Serious piano players can use with prior permission.

What is cool about Stanhope Cottage is you feel like you are in the country but you are just a stone's throw from the fun cafes and shops of some of Portland's most interesting neighborhoods. If you like exercise the neighborhood is excelling for walking (including forested trails and old Portland neighborhoods), jogging and biking.
