Penders est une maison moderne de 2 chambres avec vue sur le lac Jindabyne et les montagnes enneigées. A 400m à pied du lac ou à pied en ville, cette maison est idéalement située pour votre séjour à Jindabyne.

Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur le balcon au soleil en regardant le nord au-dessus du lac, ou en regardant la neige tomber sur les montagnes en hiver. Idéalement situé à distance de marche de la ville, vous pouvez faire une courte promenade pour profiter de nombreux cafés ou faire des courses. Et juste 30 minutes en voiture de Thredbo ou Perisher, un lecteur facile à certains des meilleurs sentiers de vélo de montagne et de ski dans la région.

La cour arrière entièrement clôturée rend cette maison idéale pour vous amener avec votre animal de compagnie pour profiter de vos vacances avec eux. (10 $ / nuit supplémentaire pour les animaux domestiques.)

Achevée en 2015, cette maison de 2 chambres dispose de tout le confort d'une nouvelle maison alpine - isolation complète, système de climatisation réversible, eau chaude au gaz et double vitrage. Le design moderne comprend un plancher en bambou, une cuisine bien équipée avec un banc d'îlot comprenant de l'eau filtrée BRITA, une table de cuisson en céramique, une télévision LED 50 pouces et un lecteur Bluray, ainsi qu'un réservoir d'eau de pluie pour compléter l'alimentation en eau des ménages.

Le salon décloisonné est doté de grandes portes vitrées doublées qui s'ouvrent sur un large balcon, parfait pour un brunch ou un dîner barbecue en été. Les rideaux sont doublés pour protéger contre le froid en hiver et le soleil en été. La télévision LED 50 pouces est parfaite pour les nuits froides, et une petite sélection de jeux et de livres est fournie pour vous aider à passer le temps quand vous avez besoin de vous détendre.

La propriété comprend 2 chambres pouvant accueillir 4 personnes chacune - parfait pour un séjour en famille nombreuse. Les lits sont fournis avec du linge de qualité et vous pouvez vous blottir dans vos doonas en plumes pendant les froides nuits d'hiver. Les chambres sont bien ventilées pour vous garder au frais en été et toutes les fenêtres sont en double vitrage pour vous garder au chaud en hiver.

La maison dispose d'une salle de bains moderne ouverte et des serviettes épaisses et luxuriantes sont fournies pour votre séjour. La buanderie a une laveuse, une sécheuse et des toilettes supplémentaires, et avec un accès à la cour extérieure, il est facile de nettoyer après une journée de travail.

It's rare to have a truly pet friendly accommodation. We were able to bring two dogs, no weight limits and they were allowed in the living areas. We greatly appreciated this feature. The yard was secure enough to let our dogs out for a sniff.The cabin is well insulated and we barely felt the chill inside, even in the bathroom and laundry. It was cosy!We were placed in 15c which sits in between 2 other buildings so unfortunately we didn't get the lake views in the listing title, but the property was very conveniently placed and we were able to walk to the shops and the lake within 10 mins.Some things to improve/note:- there's a lot of furniture in the cabin, it looks nice but things felt squashed in. Bit awkward to get through the front door and have furniture all sides of you.- the kitchen window was missing blinds so anyone off the street can look in. Not too bad during the day but in the evenings with lights on its very visible from outside.- the kitchen sink/shower have a lot of water splashback, we were constantly mopping up water that splashed out of area.-next door's cabin had a large dog that constantly barked or jumped at the fence anytime we stepped out. The fence basically touches 15c's front door railings so it made for entering/exiting the cabin uncomfortable. We're not opposed to dogs barking, but not when they're a metre from our ears and trying to jump the fence.Overall we had a genuinely lovely stay, a fantastic start to winter!

Thanks for your feedback, however exaggerated they might be. Please note that dog friendly accom in Jindy is very hard to find. A few bits of feedback for you - please don't list any part of the address in your feedback. And the kitchen window has no blinds because previous guests broke them, and it is private, with trees on the outside. The furniture is appropriate for the space, and other guests have commented on how well set-up the house is. We will supply feedback to the neighbours.

Lovely chalet in stunning location in Jindabyne

Excellent communication with host who went above and beyond to resolve slight issue on arrival. We enjoyed the relaxing stay with beautiful lake walks and convenient shopping near by. Property well appointed, nice layout and privacy.

Great location

Great location to take dogs multiple times a day for a swim and stroll around Jindabyne. Layout and facilities great, particularly opening the big side door and relaxing on the deck.

Nice Stay in Jindabyne.

Lovley little place to stay in Jindabyne. Our Dog (Labrador) might have been a bit too big for the yard and an extended stay. Overall we really enjoyed our time.

Great Winter Long Weekend

Perfect escape spot with the Pooch

Great location. Easy walk into town and far way enough to be quite. Spring long weekend, the cabin was a great, comfortable, well lit and conveniently located. Recommended for couples and families. Dog friendly as a bonus.

Lovely week near the lake

Great location, easy walk to the lake and Jindabyne brewery. House well equipped and laid out, a lovely little place. Next to a busy road, so there is some traffic noise particularly on weekday mornings. Great to have our dog there, who loved the lake walks!

Relaxing stay

A brief but relaxing break for myself & my dog. Convenient location, not too close or too far from town centre. Found the traffic on Barry Way a bit noisey at night. By the second night was getting use to it.

Restful Stay

We came with our 2 standard poodles, wanting downtime. We walked on the banks of the lake, had coffees and dinner at local restaurants. We spent a lot of time reading. I could barely ask for more
