Balcony view of golf course and clubhouse. Gave the bigger beds to my kids with babies on main floor. Spiral staircase to upper 3rd room was not great for my body but that's just me. Dad took one for the team.

WOJ Best weekend ever!!

The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view, within 10 minutes of The Landing and the WOJ conference at the Convention Center near The Landing. Very well equipped, everything we needed and if we didn't have it, could contact owner to get what we needed, we didn't have to contact the owner, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, sat out on the balcony when we could, beautiful view!! Thank you for opening your home to others to enjoy!!

Great place

This odds a beautiful place. There were only 2 things that could’ve been better. The welcome snacks in the basket were a nice gesture but the food was expired and hard. Also the upstairs bathroom sink drain topper was not working so I couldn’t fill the sink.

The Ridge

The overall experience staying at this property was marred by the ineffective A/C units failing to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature and neighborhood dogs barking non-stop between 7-9am everyday. I know it was in the 90's the week of our stay, but the inside temperature averaging 79+ degrees made it really uncomfortable. The A/C is apparently dated and/or needs serviced. The owner was aware of this deficiency because he text me to turn the thermostat down as low as I could stand it the day of arrival. We didn't spend much time in the condo due to the uncomfortable inside temperature, but it was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need. (Just couldn't really enjoy it)The location was convenient and it has a plenty of resort amenities at your disposal. We spent the majority of our time either swimming or cooling off at the activity center when onsite. For the money, I would probably look elsewhere but it's definitely not the worst place in Branson to stay.

Hi Ryan, well it’s disappointing to hear your stay was marred by the hot weather. The owner has some good news to share with you: Due to our guest’s feedback, we have replaced the heat pump so future guests can enjoy a cool home. We’re so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay for this reason. I hope that you will return next season though and enjoy all of the aspects of the home you so wonderfully complimented.

Stay somewhere else for your vacation

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay, which significantly affected our experience. The bathrooms were poorly maintained—tubs, sinks, and toilets clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. In one bathroom the shower curtain rod was extremely loose and barely attached to the wall. The towels had an unpleasant sour odor, prompting me to purchase new ones for my stay. When I tried to launder them, the washing machine smelled sour, likely due to poor maintenance and being kept fully shut, preventing proper drying. Even after washing my new towels, they picked up the same sour smell. To make matters worse, the dryer wasn’t properly vented and was exhausting hot, humid air into the closet. The kitchen was equally disappointing, with dirty countertops and a smelly, improperly installed dishwasher. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the condo's location and layout were convenient. Each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom was especially nice when traveling with friends, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course. However, the cleanliness issues far outweighed these benefits. Until these problems are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We personally inspected the condo before your arrival, and it was in great condition, as usual. We have photos that show this. - All towels and linens are professionally cleaned off-site.- The furnishings and kitchen appliances were purchased and professionally installed about five years ago, and we still find them to be in excellent shape.Once again, thank you for letting us know about your visit.

Nice with a few hiccups

When we initially walked into the unit, the overpower smell of dead fish hits you. We realized it was coming from the garbage disposal. We had to go to the store and get citrus and bleach tabs to put down it. This helped a little. It was awful. The thermostat was changed remotely on us. One night all of a sudden it was hot in our unit. No option for A/C. Magically the next day the thermostat said A/C. The windows do not stay open. There was a broken chair that we fixed. There is no info for guests on what to do when the tornado siren goes off. Is there a local shelter for us? Thankfully we didn’t have to evacuate but we were in tornado warning for two hours one morning and they did touch down south of us. The place could never sleep 9 as advertised. That is a stretch. The unit was clean minus the smell. We liked our view of the golf course and we were located close enough to attractions. We would stay there again as long as it wasn’t more than 6. The twin mattress isn’t comfortable but the other beds were.

Girls Getaway

We book this condo for a girls Getaway. It was so nice and we loved how the kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil one could need. It made for a very fun relaxing weekend and the patio views were nice as well. The only thing negative I could say would be that the water pressure for the shower in the upstairs bathroom was very weak, and the trundle bed was not that comfortable. But other then that it was a blast and would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much

Excellent property and location… only negative was the drain in the jacuzzi didn’t seal & our trip was short 🙂. Will definitely rent this property again!

Definitely recommend

Great place for golfers to stay. Course on site is reasonable and in great shape. Easy access to other locations in area. All attractions are within 20-30 minutes away.
