Ce domaine de luxe propose 4 chambres Cal King avec salle de bain privée dans chaque chambre. La suite principale vous accueillera avec une cheminée, un réfrigérateur à vin, une grande baignoire à jets pour deux et une douche en ardoise. Avec prÚs de 6000 pieds carrés de salle pour divertir vos invités ou en famille va profiter de vos vacances. L'extérieur de la maison est aménagé de maniÚre professionnelle avec une piscine / spa d'entrée de plage. La piscine est de 60 x 30 avec une cascade spectaculaire. Il y a deux zones de barbecue, l'une avec un bar Palapa. Terrain de volleyball. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour les voisins, vous pouvez écouter de la musique à l'extérieur et vos enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine aussi tard qu'ils le souhaitent! Bruit sans souci !!

La piscine est de 125 par jour.
La maison est une coutume construite prÚs de 3 hectares. Cette belle maison à quelques minutes de Palm Desert et Rancho Mirage avec un accÚs FWY trÚs proche. Les appareils de cuisine haut de gamme comprennent une table de cuisson Wolf à 6 brûleurs, un réfrigérateur Subzero, un double four, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un sÚche-linge, des comptoirs en granit, un grand bar circulaire avec machine à glaçons pour un espace de réunion idéal à la maison. Chaque chambre à coucher est autonome avec salle de bains privée, lits king size, linge de maison, commodes et tables de chevet, décorée professionnellement, HDTV fixée au mur à écran plat dans chaque chambre à coucher, Direct TV, accÚs Internet et salle de séjour avec canapé confortable HDTV. La suite principale comprend une grande salle de bains avec double vasque, dressing, une douche en ardoise avec plusieurs pommes de douche et une baignoire à jets pour occupation double. TrÚs grande piscine lagon de style plage et spa avec grande cascade de roches, foyer à gaz, grand barbecue à ßlot de gaz avec palapa et terrasse.

The house was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very clean and we loved staying there. The host was the best and provided us with everything we needed. We had rented this house before and will defiantly rent it again. It was a bunco group of women and we just love this place!!!

Stayed in October 2025. The photos don’t accurately reflect the current amenities — no lounge chair cushions, no shallow pool chairs, the water feature didn’t work, and some furniture was broken or replaced. The house wasn’t very clean (cobwebs, dust, trash under beds, and personal items left behind). The casita had a strong odor that air fresheners only made worse and doesn’t get WiFi.One door didn’t lock upon arrival, but the host fixed it quickly. There were no frills — no welcome basket, cleaning supplies, or basics like foil, baggies, or extra paper towels. Overall, plenty of space but disappointing due to cleanliness, missing amenities, and inaccurate photos.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own closet and private bathroom, which gave everyone their own space and made the stay extra comfortable. The pool was a great size, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Everything was clean. We’re already planning to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with room for all

This is such a beautiful property in the Palm Springs area. It was perfect for our group -- plenty of beds and lovely outdoor area. The only drawback is that the property is a little tired. It feels like renters haven't treated the house nicely (it's super close to large festival venues), so amenities have been downgraded in response (not enough silverware/glassware, neglected outdoor kitchen, etc.). As a group of adult women in our 50s/60s, we were expecting more of an upscale experience to match the beautiful photos in the listing. Luckily, the property managers are incredibly responsive, so when there were key items missing, they were delivered promptly. Overall, we had a lovely experience in the house -- and loved that we didn't have to worry about noise ordinances when gathering poolside. It was a great home base during our visit to the area.

Great comfortable place!

My extended family and I had a great time spending time together at this property. Very clean, quick communication with the hosts, and the spa heated up quickly We really enjoyed our time together at this property.

Oasis away from home

We are a group of 10 ladies who celebrate with a trip every 5 years. This trip was one of our best yet. The space in this house is amazing. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there was a ton of fridge space. The proximity to restaurants was great and the fact we could play music outside was awesome. Hector was very responsive and even sent us Instacart of a couple of things we wanted. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Annual Family Trip Success!

I chose this property for an annual family trip we take to the desert. We were party of 7 adults and 4 kids; and each of us had plenty of room to hang out both inside and out. We sometimes had to scream at each other from across the room because of the high ceilings haha The inside feels like a museum and the outside pool area is truly made to relax and unwind. The kids had ample room to swim the length of the massive pool or be on their floaties without the fear of bumping into anyone. Truly, the pictures do not do this house any justice! Hector was such a pleasure to work with and really took care of some changes I needed to make with the initial reservation. His videos on how to operate parts of the house are genius! Would not hesitate to work with Hector again for our next trip. =)

Ruined vacation

We had reserved this house for our family trip where we had people in every age category. Sadly when we were checked in we noticed that the ice maker and part of the fridge were broken. It was not a big deal for us and the host offered that he can purchase the ice for us. Later that day we encountered a mouse in the kitchen area. It is not ideal when there are elderly people and more importantly infants. We had family members leave because they did not want their children to be around mice. We got video footage of the mice which we realized were a few of them. When we notified the host about the issue they told us that they have never encountered any mice and tried to blame us saying we might have left the door open and they came inside trying to escape the heat. They offered to send someone to remove the mice but with one more night of stay it was not really ideal for us. They did not want us to send them the video of the mice. Overall it was a great house with great potential but its sad that they do not believe their clients and try to avoid taking responsibility. I would also like to mention that the cleaning crew is not very good. The house was dusty in areas and we found a women's swim suit that did not belong to us in one of the bathrooms.

Could be amazing

The house and property is perfect for a large group, each bedroom has its own ensuite. We had a few minor issues and He tor dealt with them in a timely manor. The kitchen could use some supplies, cutlery, spatula, crock pot etc
 Al in all I would recommend this place as we’ve stayed their twice now

Birthday Celebrations

Multigeneration family of 10 celebrating 3 birthdays. Property is very spacious with both inside and outside areas where our entire party could gather. Also plenty of space for privacy when needed. Beautiful pool / spa surrounded by lounge chairs, eating areas and a large tiki bar with a gas grill and fridge. Location is isolated and private. Very relaxing stay.

Birthday Celebration

My adult children and their families vacationed with me in your lovely home, and we had a wonderful time! The pool was well used by the children and the hot tub by the adults. There was lots of room to do everything we wanted. Details, such as utensils and toilet paper, could be fine tuned (more and better) but we were able to work through everything. Beds, particularly, we’re very comfortable and nice to sleep in.

Our Stay - March 5-8, 2024

A few things about our stay we were not happy with: Shower in bedroom w/high bed could not get hot water. waited over 5 minutes and only got luke warm. Smokey chemical smell outside each day that deterred from pool area relaxation. Everything so tall-could use a step stool for high shelves. In first bathroom on right, no trash can and fan doesn't work. Hot water takes long time to get to the shower. Pool guys came Friday morning early, which is fine, probably their schedule day, but would've been nice if we knew they were coming, and not surprised when two big guys show up!! Could not sue the Casita - bad smokey chemical smell, plus mustly smell.
