St Moritz Unit 9 est situé dans une partie calme de Jindabyne avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et est seulement une courte promenade des centres commerciaux, restaurants, clubs, pubs ou une promenade le long du lac. Cet appartement est une spacieuse unité entièrement autonome de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 8 personnes.

Cet appartement indépendant comprend 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un grand coin salon, une cuisine et un grand balcon. Parfait pour prendre un verre et regarder le coucher de soleil sur le lac Jindabyne. Il est situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages et comprend 2 parkings couverts.

La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec salle de bains (avec baignoire) et placard. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et un peignoir intégré tandis que la troisième chambre a 2 x lits superposés pouvant accueillir 4 adultes ou enfants .. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une baignoire, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge. L'appartement a le chauffage et est étonnamment chaud en hiver. et cool pendant l'été.

Contrairement à beaucoup de nos concurrents, cet appartement est géré de façon privée et nous fournissons tout le linge propre, y compris les serviettes, les draps et les couettes confortables.

Idéalement situé à Jindabyne et à seulement 30 minutes des stations de ski de Perisher ou Thredbo.

My friends and I had a great stay at this place. It was clean and well appointed throughout. A 12 minute walk and you are in the heart of the town centre.

We had an incredibly lovely time at this property and would recommend to anyone with a larger family. It was extremely well appointed and the coffee machine was deeply appreciated. As other reviews have indicated parking was very tight but we did manage to get our RAV4 in and out.

Fantastic location and a great apartment

There were 4 adults and 2 children and the place was perfect. Walking distance to town and in great condition. Well appointed and very clean. Just be careful driving into car park if you have luggage on the roof!

Everything we needed for a fantastic stay

We really loved staying at Karen’s place for the 3 nights that we were there. It was so convenient and close to the main centre in Jindy and was only a short drive to the ski tube. The amount of amenities/cooking appliances and other miscellaneous items provided really helped us quickly feel at home. Thank you so much for having us! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely home

The unit is quite large and easily accommodates a large family. The kitchen and the main bathroom were renovated. The host Karen was prompted and accommodated. We enjoyed our stay. The parking is tight but we could parked our cars without issues.

Great stay

Very central location, lots of heaters available, and had all the other amenities we needed for our stay. The only thing I will mention is that the apartment is about three flights of stairs up. Not a huge issue generally, but I will mention that in the morning you may be woken up by other snow-goers staying in the building, marching down all the stairs.

Smooth check -in and communication with Karen are all good. Location is okay. But hard to park the car@the Conner and also on drive up /down on such slope driveway Some Dishes and cooking pots did not clean probably.

Nice Condo

The condo was clean and well equipped, as well as being conveniently located. The only drawback is the parking. The driveway is extremely steep, with a sharp turn at the top to get into the garage. The parking spaces are very small and narrow with concrete walls or pillars on either side of the space. I'm not sure that a full size vehicle could even get in or out.
