Sur un lotissement isolé bordé de dunes de sable et d'arbres indigènes repose cette location de vacances très appréciée comprenant un salon décontracté, une cuisine et un coin repas complétés par un deuxième salon ou une salle de lecture. Doté de portes coulissantes du sol au plafond avec des vues panoramiques s'ouvrant sur une grande zone de divertissement en plein air baignée de soleil avec bain à remous en contrebas et vue sur l'océan avec des pistes de sable de votre terrasse arrière aux plages de surf à proximité.

Clean and spacious house/rooms. Very comfortable and excellent entertainment areas, including the spa. I’d suggest you bring your own towels, otherwise you’ll need to hire them from the host. Highly recommend staying here, I’m sure I’ll be back!

Great winter get away. Beautiful beach with direct access. Toasty spa! Gas heating was not working on arrival but the host sent someone in 30 mins and fixed it immediately! Also got a late checkout. Very cool.

Absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Gorgeous views, close to the beach for walks & just a lovely location to catch up with friends. Aside from beach walks I didn’t leave the house all weekend!

Easter Break

It was perfect for us; great access to the beach, great coffee place around the corner. The house had everything we needed. The only thing we would change was the BBQ, too small and too slow; a bigger gas version would be the icing on the cake.

Positives: fabulous location; great privacy and outlook; spa was lovely and kitchen well stocked with useful items; responsive host. Negatives: the back half of the house was incredibly musty, triggering strong allergic reactions in all of us; property needs a serious deep clean and removal of allergens including the copious dusty books and replacement of blankets, duvets and pillows which also held an odour; all vents and screens need a clean as they are caked in dust and grime; while the house is well stocked it is cluttered for guests with the amount of personal items present; being next to the beach access trail also meant being woken by groups of people accessing the trail in the middle of the night as the house has no sound proofing; anyone with pets should know the property has no fencing; all doors difficult to slide open as the tracks are needing replacing; flooring needs some love and does not match pictures by a long shot, though less of an issue.

Friends week at Rye

Overall the beds were comfortable and the bed linen was very clean as were the bathrooms although the property was a bit tired compared to the online photos. The venetian blinds in the en-suite of the main bedroom and in the third bedroom were damaged and would not fully close. The wardrobe in the third bedroom was full of the owners items and thus there was no room to hang our clothes . Kitchen drawers were overstocked and needed rationalising. Nails sticking up in the decking around the spa needed attending to given that people were in bare feet. Used needles were found in the washing machine which may have been from previous tenants but a thorough check of property after they had left would have uncovered this . Also a sewing needle was found on the kitchen floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the house was quiet and private.

Beautiful home

A great stay, everything very comfortable. Spa was a big hit with glimpses of the water. The only thing missing was a coffee machine but great to get to know the coffee shop guys at the end of the street.

Property is just like the photos, really nice place that was good for our winter holiday. Very private within scrub and dunes. The Property doesn't have private access to the beach but is a 7 minute walk via a side track. Property manager great to deal with and helpful.

What an amazing place 😍

We had the most awesome weekend what an amazing home this is. I say home as it felt like home. Plenty of room, there is nothing else to really want for in the house except your food and wine! The views are spectacular, the spa bath was awesome we had the best time. Thankyou we will be back ....already planning the next trip xx

Super property with fabulous view

We stayed for a week in February - sadly at the end of the heatwave when the weather had turned cooler and rainy so we weren’t able to make as much use of the lovely deck as we would have liked. The house is exactly as photographed - lovely and spacious with a deck back and front. The path down to the beach is next to the property which is handy - you can’t swim on this beach it’s too rough but you can walk along and sit and enjoy the view. We liked hearing the ocean at night too when we were in bed. There are a few shops nearby that you can walk to in about 5 minutes which was handy (a bottle shop, a bakery and a really great vegan cafe) otherwise you need to drive to Rye (5 minutes in the car) to go to the supermarket. We found some good places to eat in Sorrento which is also close by. This property is really close to about 5/6 golf clubs and also Peninsula hot springs is literally just round the corner - well worth a half day. There are also a lot of wineries all within a half hour drive. A really great house in a perfect location.

Great property. We stayed for two nights with another couple. Located right on the beach so perfect for beach walks. A fireplace and hot tub was part of our criteria when looking for accomodation. This property had both and the hot tub was fantastic.
