Kennedy est une ville de 200m2 grande terrasse victorienne intérieure situé dans le centre de l'événement trimestre de Launceston CBD.

A l'étage maître king size chambre avec balcon, wc séparé, salle de bains avec double vasques, douche et bain de pieds griffe et la chambre double.

Un grand escalier se connecte au niveau bas, avec une chambre spacieuse de la Reine, salon, salle à manger, cuisine et buanderie avec deuxième WC.

Cuisine avec lave-vaisselle et appareils modernes, y compris une machine à café Nespresso avec des gousses et sélection de thé, il se trouve entre la table à manger de taille généreuse ou la cour arrière avec le barbecue et le cadre extérieur.

60 "TV LCD Samsung avec Netflix, haut-parleur Bluetooth Yamaha et Wi-fi haut débit gratuit inclus.

Nous sommes également fiers d'avoir des propriétés avec une bonne pression de l'eau pour les douches chaudes belles et nouvelle literie moelleuse sur haute qualité surmatelas.

Off-street parking est mètres de la porte arrière dans la cour sécurisée grâce à un accès rouleau-a-porte télécommande.

Cette résidence est approuvé comme un hébergement à court terme pour toute tranquillité d'esprit.

Il est sur la route de City Park et l'enceinte de singe (classé dans Top Parcs et la maison à Festivale, Symphony sous les étoiles et Carols by Candlelight 10 de l'Australie), en face de l'Albert Hall et sur le même bloc que la récolte du marché de samedi - à nouveau un lauréat précédent de meilleurs agriculteurs marché de l'Australie. Extremely convenient location within walking distance of all the trendy cafes and restaurants.The property itself is extremely well equipped and really comfortable. Wow, what an amazing place to stay. We had such a great stay here as a family of four (two adults and two kids). From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly welcoming and homely.The space was clean and there was so much room for all of us to relax comfortably. The location was perfect, straight across from city park and close by to town, making it easy to get around on foot and enjoy everything nearby.We very much enjoyed the little extra touches —fresh sourdough bread, coffee pods and a selection of spreads waiting for us on arrival. It was such a lovely gesture.The hosts were great—very quick on replies for any communication, accommodating and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for their guests.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, clean and all round beautiful place to stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at this townhouse. We were impressed with all the facilities, coffee machine and induction hot plates as well as the finishing touches on everything. It is so much better in person than the photos, we were blown away. Would 100% recommend this townhouse and we would also love to visit again next time we are in Launceston. Rick never fails to impress with the presentation of “Kennedy”. Just a pleasure to use this home as a base for our long weekend activities. From the fresh bread, home made muesli & yoghurt available on arrival to the wonderful old world charm of the home “Kennedy” is a must!

Victorian Terrace central to the CBD

Ideal property for a family or a couple stay in Launceston The property has been renovated to a high standard yet keeping the terrace house feel As it only has one bathroom with separate WC located on the first floor its not ideal for several couples to stay The dining room & kitchen are yet to be renovated but we both had a good stay

If I could rate this property six stars I would. It was perfect. We stayed for 9 nights and we couldn't fault it - really! Quality throughout, including nice touches - Sukin products, along with fresh bread and local butter, and most importantly comfortable beds. It looked and felt clean - and we are pretty particular. Rick was easy to communicate with and flexible. If you're thinking about booking this one - go for it!

Girls weekend away

Dave and Rick love to travel and also love to provide accommodation that has all the quality and features that we'd love to have in our own homes. Quality appliances, really comfy beds, thoroughly clean and good showers!

We have three properties available, all right next to each other in Launceston's CBD (the 3 bedroom heritage townhouse with the modern touches plus two new 1 bedroom spacious apartments).

We also like constantly updating them, so when guests return they often notice something new!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This townhouse is well known in Launceston, right across from the City Park with views over to the monkey enclosure from the master bedroom, across from the iconic Albert Hall and within 2 blocks of the city centre.

We had the opportunity to buy it while it needed some love, and have given the exterior a full restoration, brand new bathroom and toilets, full repaint and airconditioning and heating. A mix of the modern, while understanding it's a heritage property.

And with parking and a private backyard so close to the city it's a pretty rare find!
