Notre maison est juste sur l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil!

Profitez d'une vue magnifique sur le lac depuis le salon / salle à manger / cuisine à concept ouvert ou tout en vous détendant dans la spacieuse chambre principale / salle de bains.

La cuisine est pleine avec des sièges pour 8 à la table à manger + 2 à l'île.

Jouez dans la grande cour arrière, faites-vous s'mores sur le foyer ou profitez simplement d'un lever de soleil et d'une tasse de café sur la terrasse couverte ou le porche fermé.

Faites une balançoire dans le lac ou profitez simplement du paysage depuis la terrasse du hangar à bateaux avec ascenseur à bateaux accessible.

Détendez-vous dans les 3 chambres et la pièce supplémentaire avec un canapé-lit queen-size.

Our group was an older girls group and we found the house to be a perfect place to visit and enjoy the scenery. The outdoor porch was a blessing on a beautiful day to snack and play games. We even acted like kids as we enjoyed the garage full of games with fierce competition. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the directions for maintaining and using the house were excellent. Thanks Stephen for sharing your house.

Absolutely amazing vacation home! Super clean and cozy! There isn’t a thing they missed as far and supplies, games, and perfect environment needed for your perfect vacation. Right on the water! I LOVED IT! Stephen is very attentive and hands on with his guests! They definitely go above and beyond! We will always stay here! You guys need to try it you won’t be disappointed!

House sat on the lake, we had a ball fishing. Kitchen had all equipment needed to cook our catch and have a great time. Great rental for making new memories.

This place is amazing! Perfect family get-away. The grandbabies thought they were at Disney with all the great activities! There is an ahhh moment at every turn. The home was so beautiful and VERY comfortable. I highly recommend and will be back many times. The hosts were very quick and helpful. 5 stars!

Everything was as advertised. The owner was very prompt to communicate immediately after we made the reservation and when we had questions. If you have kids (young and old), they will like the garage...pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and competition basketball.

THE BEST VRBO WE HAVE EVER RENTED — Honestly!This rental experience was so uniquely superior to any other VRBO experience we have ever had that I almost don’t know where to start. The host, Stephen, is EXCEPTIONAL. Communication was fast, frequent, and full of relevant information. He sent a two-page document ahead of time that answered every question we could think of. Once we walked in the door, there wasn’t a single question we didn’t already have the answer to.The house was perfectly set up for the exact vacation we were looking for: a quiet place to be together as a family and have some FUN. The kids spent hours on the rope swings. We went on a kayak picnic. We played games in the garage every night — ping-pong, basketball, air hockey, pool, and even a retro arcade game machine that let us show the kids what video games were like back in the day. They played Donkey Kong and Frogger for hours.My husband and I used the racquets to play tennis in the mornings while the kids hung out in their spacious double bunk bed rooms and snuck gumballs out of the huge gumball machine when we weren’t looking.The house was stocked with everything, and the little touches made a huge difference: K-Cups, a welcome basket with s’mores, and condiments and spices already there.The Lake Livingston House is a new summer tradition for us. It is truly a place where memories are made!

This was an amazing place! The owner was so incredibly nice and everything was so nice! There were welcome baskets with snacks & everything to make Smores! There was something for every age group including a playground around the corner! The owner left detailed explanations about everything pertaining to the house and the area! His restaurant suggestions were delicious!!We hope to return in the near future! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day.

Wow this house is a MUST!!!! They really thought of & provided anything you could possibly use or do at the house. It’s impossible to get bored here. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils, pans, plates, etc everything was there. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Honestly I couldnt think of one negative thing to say about this home. Their communication was TOP NOTCH. My teenagers & I had a blast!! This house checks ALL the boxes!!!

Fabulous / Relaxing Vacation Stay

We spent the week here and loved every minute of it! Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and had a nice welcome basket waiting for us. Great fishing, fun swimming and rope swings (beware the deck does get slippery), kids loved the arcade games and gum balls, kayak, fire and smores, games, etc. We will definitely be back later this summer/fall!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It accommodated my family of 10 comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked making it easy to prepare home cooked meals. The game-room style garage was an added bonus! We also enjoyed the neighborhood pickleball court just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this listing 10 out of 10 !!

All good, lots of entertainment inside the house/garage. Boat house was ok, very slippery when wet & would have been nice to have table/chairs on boat house.

Glad you guys had a good time. The boathouse being slippery is a constant battle- especially with the lake being above “full pool.” We power washed the entire deck less than a week before your stay. We are open to suggestions! With the way the lake can turn angry in a hurry we are unable to keep any tables/ chairs on the boathouse as the tide sometimes comes over the entire deck. We’ve lost a cooler and almost a kayak that was sitting on the decking overnight! Thanks for staying with us and taking good care of the place!
