Excellent in every respect

Everything was perfect. The unit is well designed and fitted out to a very high standard. Beds were super comfy. Rooms and living areas are large. Quiet property, yet only a short walk to everything. I will return next winter.

Modern, spacious, centrally located, impeccably clean accomodation.

This was a perfect place for our family of five to stay during our week in Bright. Close to shops, restaurants (highly recommend tomahawks which is next door), but stil quiet. Easy access to cycling path up to mountain bike park.

Marvellous mountain escape

Great property but check the fine print...

This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay with our daughter having booked it last minute while on the road back to Melbourne from NSW. Driving at the time and with a toddler in the back it's hard to look at minute fine print. Loved it's location and amenities but received a narky phone call from the management company Alpine Getaways afterwards which soured the experience. It has 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms which were all open to us and left accessible. Naturally we setup our daughter in a porta cot in one room downstairs and made use of the other bathroom as well. We received an unfortunate phone call from the management company questioning how many people we actually had stay at the property saying it was very clear we could only use 1 bedroom. In actual fact there was one line on the bottom of a PDF attached to an email saying this and with the doors wide open and both my wife and I not seeing this fine print we'd obviously caused them some angst by making ourselves comfortable. I think the owners of this property should discuss this with the management company to either make this clearer to guests or do what other properties do and lock the door. I didn't appreciate the attitude of the call either. We stay regularly in Bright and elsewhere via Stayz and haven't had similar issues. Spoilt an otherwise nice stay, don't take it out on the place just be careful in your dealings with the management company.
